Overall it’s a great stay for me and my family. Check-in and check-out process is hassle free. The lady who helped us check-in is very nice and helpful (sorry I missed her name).
The room is spacious and all room facilities working well.
Location wise it’s near to the bus stop (just in front of the hotel) and the nearest subway station is 800-900 meters away.
Breakfast is delicious and with many options.
Anyway if I were to visit Hangzhou again, I will definitely consider staying here again. Thank you.

One of the best stays in China for me. I highly recommend this hotel. The lobby staff were nice even though some of them can't fully speak english. The annuities were good and comfortable. They helped you with hotel wifi and I was mostly impressed with breakfast. They are warm and delicious 😋. Unfortunately when I was there, there were foggy days but still, the hotel provides the best service.
Ensure to select a bigger room, I booked my smallest but got a free upgrade to the 20th floor, so I was very happy. I'll definitely go back again in the future.

性價比很高的四星級酒店，大堂寬敞明亮，一進門一股香氣撲面而來，可以感受到酒店的用心。房間非常乾淨衞生，前台工作人員態度很親切，Li辦理入住非常高效，樂於提供各種幫助。酒店的地理位置很好，出門3分鐘就能到大運河，有空可以到河邊散散步，不近能鍛鍊身體還能體驗千年大運河的魅力。酒店設施也很齊全，有自助洗衣房，可以自動烘乾衣服，對於出差的我來説，真的是非常方便啦，我還特別喜歡這裏的早餐，可以選擇的種類很多，而且味道很不錯，還有各種飲品可以選擇。大家一定不要錯過這裏的早餐哦。

首先酒店的位置很好，出行方便，離西湖和其它的景區都很方便，酒店還有配套的停車場。酒店提供了非常好的服務，小海入住辦理很快，體驗感很好。客房的空間很大，佈局合理，衞生打掃的乾淨，裏面的配套設施很智能，窗簾是電動的，燈也可以根據自己的需求調節成不同的顏色，早餐在頂樓，視野很好，也很安靜。有很多的種類可以選擇，滿足了不同地方客人的口味，看起來還十分乾淨，我最喜歡吃這裏的麪，味道我很喜歡。還有各種水果可以選擇，下次來還杭州還會選擇這家的酒店，推薦給大家。

大堂寬敞明亮，還提供免費的飲品和休息地方，附近是居民區，周邊生活氣息很濃厚，可以很好感覺杭州的人文氣息。旁邊就是京杭大運河，除了去散步還能去做一下輪船，衹要幾塊錢。性價比之王。酒店是新開的，房間內的設施都很新，生活用品準備的很齊全，房間打掃的也很乾凈。窗簾有自動開關，燈光可以選擇不一樣的模式，用起來很方便。衣櫃空間設計合理，使用起來很方便。樓上還配有健身房，可以隨時運動起來。早餐在頂樓，食物種類多味道好，而且風景也很好。特別表揚一下酒店的前台小海，接待過程服務熱情專業，衣着得體，主動介紹了酒店的配套服務。為他點贊！總而言之是一次非常不錯的體驗。

前台Li員工熱情有禮，為我們提供了周到的服務。大堂寬敞明亮，還貼心的設定了休息區，供客人休息喝茶。客房打掃的很乾凈 ，細節滿滿，床鋪軟硬適中，睡起來很舒適。窗簾是電動的，方便隨時調節。燈光也有不同的模式居住體驗很好。衞生間的洗漱用品也很齊全。酒店的早餐有很多可以選擇，符合我的口味，還提供了多種水果。酒店地理位置便利，出行方便。周邊配套設施完善，出門就是大運河，離西湖文化廣場很近，出去玩很方便。入住期間，感受到了酒店團隊的用心，和細心。期待下次再來入住。
