Lovely countryside feel while close to the scenic places. Helpful and efficient staff. Have to consider a short uneven slope for people have different physical abilities.

Wonderful stay. Just a little hard at first to find the way since we could not contact the hotel. They tried to call to guide the way but could not reach us. So message the hotel before u arrive.

房間很乾淨,這個是我最關注的.
老闆娘親自到路口接我們,下車在動物園，住宿就在斜對面，行斜路大概五分鐘。
去蘇堤可在動物園巴士站坐4號車,兩個站就到,行路大概10-15分鐘。
老闆娘一直很熱情的招呼我們，提醒我們晚上涼，要注意保暖。
窗外是農村地方,偶有鷄嗚,晚上有爆竹的聲音,深夜時分很寧静,我個人比較喜歡。
唯一房間比我想像中小了些。
但總體還是很喜歡。

嗯，不知道該從何説起，獨自出遊，剛到杭州廢了挺大勁才找到這個民宿，店家小姐姐人還是不錯的讓我在小賣部門口等着來接我。到了房間我都傻眼了，小小的房間，衞生條件有點一般，一晚二百多的房間我沒想到這樣，我都不知道坐哪。然後我我最感興趣的陽台，以為早起坐在陽台看西湖風景，結果早上聽雞叫鳥叫，看別人曬衣服。然後到西湖走着還是挺遠的，還得坐公交出行。大家可以考慮一下

設施：設施還可以，電視可以看點播，淋浴也還算方便
衞生：衞生方面我也覺得還可以，我自己也是做酒店的，細節方面比如床頭上的衞生，不過我覺得大多是浮塵
環境：環境蠻好的，鬧中取靜，可能是因為沒有滿房的原因，整個二樓就我們，外面是小院子，空氣清新，挺好的
服務：服務沒得説，非常非常好👍🏻，23點的飛機落地，管家還問我什麼時候到，住酒店住多了面對這樣的問候還不太習慣，然後我們到酒店已經快一點了，管家小姐姐在路口接我們，還幫我們提行李，非常暖心。
一共住了4晚，挺好的。
