The room is cozy. If you drive by yourself, it is very convenient to get in and out of the West Lake. The snacks in the room are delicious. The tea is also delicious

獨自一人出行，在酒店住了兩天，除了到西湖位置好之外，其他比如吃飯不方便，周邊沒有商業這些我都可以接受，畢竟不在商業區，我已經給前台反應過房間隔音差，馬桶是壞的，早餐不好，房間光線不好，本來因為光線問題我提出過換房，最後也是怕給酒店添麻煩沒換，第一天出門前給保潔説打掃衞生，回來一看浴缸還是原樣，沒有補充水果，好在前台即使處理了，我也都忍了，今早因為趕高鐵，起床後吃過早飯就急匆匆洗了個澡，因為房間光線不好，我也着急吹頭就把一條蒂芙尼項鍊忘帶了，我放在燒水器旁邊桌子上，項鍊在一片紙巾上，因為我有這個習慣放在紙巾上，還有門禁卡一起都忘帶了，當時還是因為光線不好，再加上着急吹頭就忘帶了，到前台我才想起還有一張門禁卡沒帶，給前台説了卡在房間就打車走了，走時九點半，到了高鐵上就一直在睡覺，醒來已經下午了發現忘帶項鍊第一時間就給酒店打電話，其實心理已經知道沒希望了，但是我再三確認箱子裏包裏都沒有的情況下，還有晚間睡前給朋友發視頻聊天時拍到了項鍊，我十分肯定就在桌子上，衹是當時洗了個澡再加上時間匆忙和光線不好，我本身也近視，以前出門都住品牌及連鎖酒店，在萬豪和瑞吉也遺留過東西，但酒店第一時間都通知我或者寄給我，這一次我知道沒希望了，但是不甘心，果不然保潔説不知道，酒店也説房間內沒監控也沒辦法，他們該做的該問的都問了，是我自己沒保管好貴重物品和他們沒責任，還説杭州人素質很高，的確吧，杭州是個大城市這條一萬多的項鍊杭州人是不會要的，好吧，我想説的是，這種事憑良心吧，拿項鍊的人知道我拿你沒辦法，酒店覺得和他們沒責任，我認了，那是一條開過光的項鍊，希望拿項鍊的人平安就好，給其他住客一個警戒，自己保管好東西，素質不是人人都有的，人性不可考驗！也給我自己一個教訓，第一次來杭州，杭州很美麗，以後如果再來還是住國際連鎖的酒店可能會好很多，希望酒店加強管理吧，我本來想報警處理，就算沒結果我也不想就這麼算啦，家人説破財擋災，就此算啦，也是，不好的事情都留在那條項鍊上吧，以後的人生平平安安就好！最後説一下前台的小夥子都挺好，四周空氣很好

環境非常好，就在西湖邊邊上鬧中取靜，酒店很乾凈，前台還給免費升級了房型有大浴缸泡個澡超級舒服~提供的牙刷等洗漱用品都超級好用~性價比超級高!!
