Facilities: The shower pressure is great, there's an electric toilet, and the hairdryer is powerful. Environment: It's located right at one end of the scenic area, just turn right after entering. Very easy to find. It's close to Lingyin Temple, Beigaofeng Cableway, and the Lingyin Temple bus stop. Service: Excellent. The staff contacted us by phone a week in advance and even created a WeChat group to inform us about local transportation. 🚗 On the day of arrival, they asked for our estimated time of arrival in Hangzhou and sent a business van to pick us up from outside the traffic control zone. The driver was very enthusiastic! 💁 The front desk staff waited for us at the village entrance, helped us with our luggage, and led us to the B&B (it was only a short walk). Once we arrived, they made us tea and recommended restaurants. A tip for everyone: remember the location. Although the staff will come to pick you up again if you get lost, if you come back late when it's dark, it can be easy to get lost. My friend and I had a bit of trouble finding our way back, and we even ran into others who were also looking for their B&B. 😆 🌃 The night shift staff member was truly wonderful. When we returned at night and asked about hiking, as it was our first time and we weren't familiar with the routes for Lingyin Temple, Lingshun Temple, etc., he even drew a map on paper to help us understand. He was very patient and meticulous! I highly recommend both of Jixian's B&Bs, I've stayed at both. The service is standardized and systematic, which is very impressive for such a popular scenic spot. Even in a place that doesn't lack tourists, they still treat every guest with care. It's clear that everyone, from the owner to every staff member, is responsible and has a great attitude.

The service was excellent. Due to the traffic restrictions in the scenic area from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, taxis couldn't directly reach the hotel. They arranged for a car to pick us up and drop us off at a designated spot. Both the front desk staff and the driver were incredibly helpful. The coffee and Longjing tea were fragrant and delicious, and they even offered sweet soup in the evenings. The room was clean overall, with all the basic amenities. We had a very satisfying stay.

The room was very warm, and the soundproofing was excellent. For the past few years, I've been staying at another place, but the soundproofing there wasn't great. This time, I thought I'd try somewhere new. The young lady at the front desk was very responsive, and we could also have breakfast in the room, which was super convenient and saved time. Seriously exceeded my expectations! The room had a really stylish design, and the view outside the window was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The service was excellent, the bed was super comfortable, and even the toiletries were so good I ended up buying them! The owner clearly put a lot of thought into everything. The coffee and whisky were both fantastic! Definitely recommend it! The cleanliness was also top-notch – and coming from someone with OCD, that's a huge compliment. A very important detail: they even had disinfectant wipes in the bathroom! 👍

A perfect stay! A relaxing bath after a long day was incredibly soothing. The bathtub was huge, and the room was spotless. Kudos to the housekeeper for bringing takeout to my door! They also offer laundry and drying services, so I didn't miss the next day. Breakfast has many different options. Definitely worth staying here again. I'll definitely come back next time!

The room was spacious, and although the lighting was a bit dim, I was generally satisfied. It's only about a 10-minute walk to Lingyin Temple, so the location is great. Also, a special thank you to the waiter for the extra bowl of white fungus soup; it was delicious.

I stayed two nights, specifically choosing different room types: the smallest and the largest. Compared to the super-large room of the previous night, this smaller room felt much cozier, very much like my tatami room at home. The large window view was a huge plus! Aside from the slightly cramped space between the sink and the bathroom (not enough room for a suitcase), and the projector screen still having some minor issues after adjustment, everything else was great. It had the same spacious double vanity, and the shower room also had the same overhead and handheld showerheads that could be turned on simultaneously. I especially liked the open clothes rack in this room. I feel the bedding could be improved a bit. Also, regarding cleanliness, since black shows dirt easily, I suggest vacuuming any crevices, including the windowsill. The next morning, after enjoying the vegetarian breakfast delivered to my room, I walked to Lingyin Temple, which is only a ten-minute walk away. Sweating profusely in the hot weather, I ordered an iced Americano and went back to my room. Enjoying the air conditioning, listening to music, and admiring the view from the window, I leisurely unpacked my luggage – it was so comfortable!
