Nice hotel in Hangzhou next to the metro station. It's a bit hidden from the street, and you have to enter through a parking lot next to a restaurant (with good food), but there's a huge sign above the parking lot entrance, so you should be able to find it.
Checkin was smooth with english speaking staff and there's a coffee machine in the lobby (tip; if you have breakfast included, the coffee machine in the lobby is a nice alternative if there's a queue for the one in the breakfast area). Speaking about breakfast, it was nice with plenty of options provided, and you could order some things on the spot. If you don't like a warm meal in the morning, they had toast, croissants, fruit and a few cakes as an alternative. The Chinese breakfast was good too, though!
I had a windowless room (on purpose, I want my room dark when I sleep) that looks just like the photo's. It's nice and quiet.
They have delivery robots if you order food (one stole my elevator here once, it just got in a took off without waiting for me), and there's a convenience store around the corner if you want to get a snack.
