Hangzhou West Lake Science and Technology Park Atour Hotel

Muli Jiangtang has good service and the room is very clean.

For personal reasons, I chose Atour Hotel in Science and Technology Park. Now it is a very, very correct choice. I will objectively state a few details: 1. The room type is free to upgrade, if the room is free + friendly communication, the hotel will be upgraded; 2. When people did not arrive, the front desk helped to collect the luggage and kept it properly; 3. It was inconvenient to eat after the operation, and the hotel made an exception (I don’t know if it’s inconvenient to say that it’s leaking), but it greatly facilitates eating and living; 4. The breakfast is full of varieties, rice, noodles, meat, fruits, vegetables and so on. It is definitely able to satisfy balanced English; 5. Thank you very much, little brother Qing Hao, for helping to coordinate some things remotely from the future. I want to live for a month to be determined, and I do not hesitate to continue my stay after I come. To be honest, the little brothers and sisters at the front desk of the hotel have a really good service. They will take the initiative to tell you where the elevator is, what time is the breakfast time and what time is the breakfast, and they are very clear. Dissatisfied, if there is a car parked here, it makes people feel that the service is quite comprehensive. The hair dryer is quite satisfactory in the hotel I have stayed in, and the sanitary condition is also good. The only downside is that I am really uncomfortable with the smell of the hand sanitizer. It is purely my personal opinion.

一進入酒店辦手續，就被告知房間做了升級，服務員態度友善、熱情，留下良好的印象；房間明亮寬敞、清潔；室內陳設乾淨、衞生；有自備的地下停車庫，自駕者無憂。酒店早餐品種也比較豐富，酒店周圍的美食也同樣豐富，可滿足不同口味需求，尤其是價廉物美。地鐵站出門不遠就是。

就在地鐵口旁邊~樓下也有很多吃的很方便~辦理入住很快,工作人員很熱情❤️🔥房間很乾凈,還有的洗漱用品都有,還有酒精濕巾擦馬桶圈👍🏻六樓有洗衣服烘乾衣服的地方,聽前台小哥説白天有工作人員幫忙,我們五六點才到,晚上洗完澡也很晚了,自己操作的,也很方便易懂👏洗衣區旁邊還有健身房,很不錯~就是比較累,沒有拍照（跟官網圖片一樣）~退房時,聽前台小姐姐説這個是商務酒店,週末會比工作日入住便宜,我也沒有去攜程看看,如果是真的,去杭州玩可以沖這家~我哥朋友一起來的~350一晚上用0積分換了早餐不知道為啥是0積分,總之就是350含早餐,自助早餐,也很好吃~停車免費!!實打實個人感受,不是託~

停車：停車免費，退房時候小姐姐會給停車票～ 房間：房間挺大的，很乾凈，沒有異味，有落地窗，我家寶寶很喜歡的。廁所和洗漱台是分開獨立的，真的是太友好啦～ 服務：前台服務態度非常好，房卡落在屋子裡，及時給解決好啦；還有保潔服務也超級温暖，打掃房間還會和我們溝通，嘮嘮嗑，給人感覺好親切的；餐廳服務也很棒，我們東北來的，第一天要了三碗餛飩，煮餛飩的小哥哥依然很熱情。 退房時候還給我們兩瓶水，袋子，辦理入住時加的懂事長微信，第二天竟然主動提醒我們吃早飯，提醒我們第二天有雨，問的遊玩問題也都耐心回覆。狠狠推薦給其他夥伴兒們～
