The gate to get in was not working , we buzzed maybe 20 times and they just kept buzzing it but it wouldn’t open. You would think that after a few times they might think something was wrong. But no. To get thru the barrier was about 30 minutes after we forced the barrier bar up. From the check in desk area there were turn styles like in an airport to go any further, weird . Shower head was on a bar and the force of the water would turn the head to spray against the wall, no way to lock it in place. The bed sheets were hot and uncomfortable. Altogether just a strange set up of a fitness club with a few hotel rooms thrown in for good measure. Pleasant view of the lake.

It is a nice hotel with a nice swimming pool and "luxury spa area" but what we didn't know before booking is that you can only use the spa area if you are nude, which is not so great if you are a young foreign couple and not an old Deutsch man. The overall information about the hotel area is very poor. It only says that the sauna and dämpfbad are "textilfrei" so nothing about the jacuzzis and so on but everyone is using them nude, so it's easy to get confused. We tried going into the jacuzzi but were told by a man that "IT WAS TEXTILFREI". We overall didn't feeled very welcomed by the members of the spa and fitness.

The hotels heart is the spa area, the gym and the view over the lake. The rooms are not very special

If not speaking German there can be some language barriers. My check in was friendly but I certainly missed some info. Information was given in german and some english words.
Otherwise the facilities and rooms are very nice

Ich habe eine Mitgliedschaft für ein Jahr geschenkt bekommen. 100 Tage vorher wurde mir per Mail mitgeteilt, dass mein Vertrag bald ausläuft und ich monatlich, jährlich oder für zwei Jahre bezahlen kann. Hab die Mail vergessen und bis Ende Oktober meldete sich auch keiner mehr. Also bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass mein Vertrag ausgelaufen ist. Wie gesagt war ein Geschenk. Keine Info darüber, dass sich der Vertrag verlängert hat. Stellt sich 6 Wochen später raus, die haben das Geld direkt für ein ganzes Jahr vom Konto meiner Freundin erneut abgebucht. Keine Info darüber, dass sich der Vertrag verlängert hat und vor allem nicht mein Konto. Also bei 150€ monatlich kann man wenigstens einen Brief schicken und den Kunden darüber informieren. Service danach war unterirdisch zwei Wochen für eine Antwort und keinerlei Kulanz. So schön das Studio ist, aber kann ich die Kommunikation und Art und Weise wie mit dem Gast umgegangen wird absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Vertrag zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt gekündigt.

Alles bestens algen vorher abmähen, so dass man auch weiter rausschwimmen kann, ist möglich mit Mähboot, einfach fragen vor Planung, kein Problem, Top Erholungs und Fitness Urlaub für ein paar Tage immer wieder, aber nur noch buchung über das Hotel nicht über hotel.com oder *******!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ha sido el peor hotel y la peor experiencia en un Spa / Sauna en mi vida, con un personal muy antipático, un desayuno horrible y el día que intentamos relajarnos en la zona de saunas, piscinas y spa, estaba lleno de niños gritando, porque los sábados todo el día es el día familiar y los niños pueden entrar y salir de las saunas, gritar en la piscina y ni los padres ni nadie los controlan, no lo recomiendo a nadie.

Als Sportstudio ist das Aspria mit Sicherheit gut geeignet, aber als Hotelgast muss man schon Kompromisse hinnehmen. Man merkt, dass der Hotelteil nicht ihr Schwerpunkt ist. Das Personal ist darauf auch nicht genügend geschult. In dem einen Zimmer war eine Leiste am Schrank kaputt, es fehlte die Fernbedienung und Handtücher fehlten ebenfalls. An der Rezeption wusste der eine nichts von Absprachen mit dem anderen. Die eine Hotelkarte war täglich wieder gesperrt und nur auf Nachfrage bekam man eine 2. Karte, obwohl man mit 2 Personen da war. Auch bei der Abrechnung wusste niemand wie lange und was man genau gebucht hatte und beim Frühstück war man auch nicht angemeldet. Es wirkte alles etwas halb gar und chaotisch. Der Sport- und SPA Bereich allerdings ist top und auch die Lage direkt am Maschsee ist super. Wer also den Fokus auf Sport und SPA setzt, der ist hier richtig.
