The hotel location is central in Hanoi Old Towns with plenty of restaurants, tour offices and shoppings. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Staffs are courteous and helpful at all time. We had an excellent experience in Hanoi.

＞ 酒店的位置距離Hoan Kiem lake 幾分鐘的腳程，非常方便
好多國際遊客都在附件住，酒吧餐廳購物按摩店應有盡有
＞ 房間的衞生沒有做好,浴簾和洗手池都是臟的;對不起我們付的價格; 早餐也是簡單的越是粉湯或者是麪包雞蛋
＞ 另外房間的設施也比較老舊,整個房間都有股發黴的味道；為此咳嗽了一個晚上（因為是在凌晨辦理的入住手續,就沒有換房間）

It is not actually 3 or 4 star, AC was broken, bathroom door doesn't lock,the room was sticky, Bed linens were not changed when we entered room. On complain they said the room can't be changed. Place is noisy, you can't sleep if you are not tired.
