I booked deluxe room, unfortunately hotel give me very bad room with bad pillow and others, after that I complain to them I book another room but you may be give me wrong room, again they change my room to first floor where don’t have any window also don’t shower and toilet don’t have any partition, if I take shower it’s mean it’s not possible to use toilet. Very bad service. I don’t recommend anyone to this hotel. I attached first room photos and second room toilet photo

The best friendliest Hotel in Hanoi!
Mr Dong, Rose and rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful. The hotel is n the perfect location in the old quarter, 5 minutes from the lake, wonderful street food restaurants and sites. Clean, comfortable and hot water every minute needed. The breakfast is full of choices, soups, eggs made to order, fruit and basically anything you need to start your day.
We were leaving on an early flight and were met with a delicious breakfast packed up for us to take with us.
Can’t say enough good things about this place, and the beautiful people that are working there.

No consider as 4 star. Service is good. But the room equipment consider a bit old. Morning outside have announcement around 7am from government.

We were looking for a budget but comfortable hotel in a good location and this place was fantastic. The location right next to the cathedral made getting around very easy, the breakfast was perfectly fine, the rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely recommend

The room is clean, big and very comfortable. Hotel amenities are good. i love hotel around with so many local food and popular tourist attractions.
