This hotel is newly opened. It has been open for half a year. It is a very good hotel in Hanzhong. However, from the moment you arrive at the hotel, it still has the Hanzhong style. How can I put it, the hotel hardware is fine and very good. But the service is indeed much worse than other city hotels in the same price range. This still has something to do with regional expertise. From the moment we arrived at the hotel gate, there was someone greeting us at the door, but no one seemed to greet us. We just stood there and didn't say a word, nor did we help with our luggage. When we arrived at the front desk to check in, the three people were doing it, but it was very slow, and the appearance at the front desk did not have a sense of intimacy and was a bit serious. Breakfast service is still a service problem. When it came to it, it was said that you had to swipe a meal card to eat. The front desk did not inform you when you checked in, so you could only go back to the room to get the room card, but it was really far away. It felt so early in the morning. Really bad! ! The quality of breakfast is very average, missing dishes are not replenished in time, and the use of the coffee machine is also abnormal. Although I only stayed for one bowl, there are indeed many shortcomings. One good thing is the room service. Room service requests were quickly resolved and the attitude was very good. The cleaned shirts were quickly washed, ironed and delivered to the guest room. While chatting, I learned that the guest room aunt worked in another hotel in the same city, which I also stayed in. The quality was similar to the positioning of this hotel, but it was older. It can be seen that the staff in other positions feel uncomfortable. 衞生較好，房間裝飾符合輕奢風格，床比較舒服。入住果盤標配。前台小姐姐專門給選了好的景觀房間。庭院景色是一絕，中式風格、水系與古漢建築風格相得益彰，處處可見點綴其中的三國曆史。地出院子就是長街，非常方便，適合全家度假、商旅。

五一來漢中 選來選去定了這家酒店 看評價是漢中數一數二的高檔酒店 沒想到到店之後臨時升級了套房給我們 五一假期還有這樣的待遇實在是太幸運了。酒店的設施很新 服務人員都很熱情 也很適合帶孩子來入住。非常滿意 期待下次的相遇，孩子説下次來還要住這裏。
