這家酒店環境很好衞生也很乾凈 性價比很高而且服務態度也很好 客房阿姨很熱情 到店 前台給免費送了兩份早餐 早餐 很好吃😋很推薦 下次入住還會首選這家酒店 而且下午的時候還送了份小果盤 這家酒店地理位置也很方便 離哪裡都挺近的 出門就有公交 打車也方便

房間除了比較大，環境、位置、服務都很差！洗浴間噴頭一個漏水，一個要塌了，22年新酒店都沒有USB接口，床邊三個插口一個壞了，兩個插不牢，毛巾是一次性的，硬邦邦的，一天晚上還在床上看見了蜘蛛！位置離最近地鐵站快2km，步行根本到不了，附近很荒很破，到哪都得打車！整個酒店就一個打掃衞生的阿姨，床單枕巾都不換的，和前台要礦泉水也不給，要錢，服務很差！讓旅遊的感受非常不愉快，非常不推薦！

來爾濱N多次了，爾濱的酒店實物跟圖片相符的不多，這家是真的蠻好的。房間空調挺熱的，也有浴缸。四口之家，小一點的孩子住沙發也住的挺舒服的。門口好停車，酒店自己的停車位就夠用。出了酒店沒幾步路就是中央大街了，shopping挺方便的。

房間木質裝修很新，衞生乾淨，前台很耐心，免費送了水果，還打電話問需不需要湯圓，wife網絡密碼標誌很清晰，樓道有，酒店卡有，屋內也有，性價比極高，整體環境都超級優秀，住的舒心

酒店環境不錯，門口的區域有一個小型的會議室可以臨時開一小會或者輕辦公適合商務人士入住，客房的環境也很不錯比較乾淨也相對比較大，設施也比較完善衞生間居然是智能馬桶看着比較高端，床邊那個窗簾的開關不好使，窗簾是手動窗簾，服務也比較好入住還贈了小零食，餐廳的菜品比較少飲品單一、早餐標準和春天賓館是一個等級的，建議酒店增加菜品種類和飲品，不然環境、設施比較高餐廳菜品就拉低了等級。

乾淨整潔，服務很好，時值國慶假期還贈送了果盤，而且早餐種類也很豐富。酒店的一次性用品質量很好，拖鞋厚實，用品齊全。 房間有臨街和不臨街的，整體體驗感非常好，電視是網絡電視，智能馬桶，整體來説遙遙領先華某住旗下很多酒店！

房屋設施很新，去年剛裝修，價格還可以，周圍小吃也很多，由於十一期間，第二天要續租漲價了不少就沒在續住，帶孩子開車自駕，周圍停車位確實不太好找
