Everything is very good!!! The concierge at the door was warm and polite and took the initiative to help us pick up the boxes and press the elevator to leave. He also helped us carry the boxes when we left. The service attitude was really hard to fault! The hotel front desk staff answered all questions and was very enthusiastic when we left. I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights). Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay. Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more. Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged. Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water. Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards.

Had to wait for the second room to be ready but we came before 3pm. Room had two skylight windows. Wanted to upgrade rooms but hotel was full. Stayed 2 nights, 2 bedrooms. Location was fantastic. Kevin, the duty manager, was particularity very accommodating and helpful. He helped us with our luggage during the busy period. The breakfast spread was good. Gym was small with two treadmill machines and one all-in-one fitness equipment. But no one was there so you got the whole gym to yourself. TV channels were limited. Bathroom amenities were adequate. Overall it's a good stay.

Holiday Inn is as always good value for money international hotel chain. I stayed here during the Spring Festival Holidays (**************), so did not find any restaurants open nearby. The staff was overwhelmed during morning breakfast hours due to lots of guests. Nonetheless they were hardworking and put in extra efforts to serve all the guests, well beyond the breakfast time. Appreciate their service attitude. A bad experience would be with the washing machine which wouldn't work without coins, which is quite weird as usually the self-service laundry is free or could be operated by QR code payments. I had already put the detergent on the clothes making them wet, only to be told that I had to wait until the next day morning as the front desk did not have coins, I had checkout in the morning.

The disadvantage is that the shower is on the floor without water isolation, so the floor gets wet easily. The overall stay experience was very good and it is worth staying again.
