Room booked at 2 in afternoon for same night. Very late check in after xtreme atv park in early am. First room sent to had no linens on bed. Had to return to desk. Was given "upgraded" second room. Room had been slept in with unmade bed. Had to sleep in dirty bed. Pathetic

The hotel is about a year and a half old in August of 2023. Still in great condition. Well, one of our rooms didn’t have ac. The clerk advised us to unplug and plug back in but then quickly changed that to putting us in a different room. AC worked great and we were comfy, so was the rest of the family in their room. The breakfast could have used some variety as it was comprised of carbs only. However, not many hotels give a free breakfast anymore so it is not a complaint. I was just hoping for a few more items.

Property is good, and clean. However shirt and shoes should be a must around breakfast area . Also there was a cat hanging on the property right at the door and I’m afraid of cats. Could not go to my car when needed. The cat is being fed and stays around.

I booked a room online and whenever I got there it wasn’t even ready I had to wait another 30 minutes for the room to get cleaned when I got the key to the room he then told me it was a handicapped room and once I got there the smaller shower didn’t work I only had one towel I had to stop housekeeping the next day to get more and she didn’t have any small ones so I had to use the medium size wants to be the width and then the toilet seat lid was broken and the toilet wouldn’t flush unless I took the little broken piece of the lid off and pulled the little string thingy myself and when I went downstairs to notify there was nobody there except a couple of females in the lobby that were loud and listening to terrible YouTube music

The place was nice & staff was very, very nice. The manager seemed to have a ‘rude vibe.’ They don’t have a pool. Why would you not have a pool in Houston? AND they did jump on the ‘After Covid let’s all be lazy and cheap and not do any house keeping from now on’ bandwagon. But it is the nicest place in town so I would most likely stay there again.

I had 3 rooms reserved. The hotel was clean, but the staff and manager were horrible. Not a good variety for breakfast, no towels, and my rooms were not available when it was time for check-in. I was given several unsatisfactory excuses by manager.

Was promised a early check in instead of 3:00 but when we got there the lady wouldn’t let us check in at the time they said we could for a event we needed to get ready for then when the check in time came our rooms wasn’t ready so we had to use other people’s rooms who were also going to the same event to go get ready I had to wait till 2:00 am to check into my room when the event was over
