來住幾次了，每次入住的感覺都不一樣。酒店衞生服務做的很到位，防疫毋庸置疑！很安心。這次阿姐陪我來，看着前台給我門安排的房間，很有個性，喜歡的忍不住一個勁地拍照😄！乳膠床墊和枕頭給我很好的睡眠體驗！早餐很貼心，味道很好！喜歡喝他們的豆漿！😄😄😄

聽説信地酒店升級了，一直聽説是泰國乳膠床墊，我也去體驗了一把，整體真的很不錯，前台小姐姐們温柔漂亮，個個都青春活力的！對客服務很不錯！果然是升級了！裝修獨具一格，客房空間很充足佈置個性！其實一個酒店升級不升級，我還説比較看中服務質量。停車場有免費提供，早餐雖然沒有大型酒店豐富，倒也是地道的家庭味道！跟温馨！大堂還特別提供了小茶點和日用備品！出門在外的話，在這裏住很方便咯！

這酒店服務環境蠻不錯的，乾淨衞生！第一次入住！床是乳膠床墊，休息的很好。最新鮮的就是，小機器人還自己上電梯給我們送了水果！孫子可喜歡了！還有精緻的户外自助早餐。交通也方便，停車場是免費的！也辛苦保安同事，因為不熟路，得陪着我們跑停車場，服務真的很好！

這個酒店地理位置對我來説還是蠻不錯的，一個人外出，一個人吃飯，一個人享受屬於自己的歡樂時光，看多了人情冷暖，多少有點厭世，而在這裏就前台小姐姐們温聲細語的關心.樓層姐姐們耐心服務的忙碌身影，難免温暖了我。洗衣房碰到早晨阿姐們的問候，襯意的環境，我覺得這是一個很有人情味的酒店。任何距離都剛剛好，度假不錯！

首先，前台對酒店的業務生疏；我訂的是大床房，去到人多，等了好一會兒，可以原諒畢竟五一放假。輪到我我就請前台給我安排走廊中間的房間，弄了一會兒，終於可以上去了，去到是雙人床，然後又搭電梯下去，又換回來。其次，早餐供應各環節各方面都很差；因為客人多翻枱律高，客人吃完的餐具食物殘渣都沒人收，出餐的速度慢，就像六國大封相。最後總結，沒有接待那麼多客人的能力，服務意識差，不值291。建議檢查一下衹能通大堂那個電梯。

很有特色的房間，入口有玄關，衞生間乾濕分區，還各自獨立互不幹擾，連洗手枱都獨立分開，掛飾也很有心思，整體感覺舒適温馨。負二樓還有專用免費停車位，乾淨衞生，服務到位，good！

早上5.55給前台打電話讓阿姨上來清理嘔吐物，前台第一反應是有沒有吐到床單上，一直反覆問，還強調吐到床上要賠多少多少錢。她第一次反應居然不是問我人有沒有事，需要什麼幫助。
然後第一次上來一個保安看兩眼就走了，又打電話去第二次上來也是保安，這次他上來也沒有幫清理，一直在拍照，錄視頻。想着到退房要我怎麼賠錢
10點半左右我下樓了，跟前台説穿你們拖鞋出去吃東西，20分鐘左右回來把鞋還給你們，然後前台拿上叫經理，那個前台經理肯定是****的。馬上讓我給30塊按金。艾我就是不給。就是要穿出去。那個經理馬上打電話搖人，結果來了個老頭。哈哈哈哈。後面當著她們的麪穿出去，還説要報警。我就説你不報我幫你報。
這種酒店不會去第二次。走廊過道臭得要死。根本不通風。

一家三口出來玩，老公和兒子都很滿意我定的房間，前台小妹很熱情，介紹的弄裏小鎮味道不錯。節假日300多的價格真的不貴。還有，來河池一定要試試他們的果醬燒烤。
