When I entered the room, I found that there were two obvious cigarette butts that had not been cleaned. This check-in experience was very poor. The price and positioning of the Vienna Hotel should not have such a situation. I hope that the most basic hygiene can be taken care of.

房間比較好，衞生環境也很可以，主要是服務態度很好，早上就餐去晚了，阿姨很熱情幫忙重新點火煮餛飩，前台的小姐姐也很熱情，有什麼問題馬上就幫忙解決，怕吵 就幫忙選了安靜的房型整體體驗感非常的好

總體感覺不錯，服務也可以，自助早餐也還可以，房間的設施也可以，衞生也還不錯。你需要改進的是早餐，如果還有更多的選擇就更加好了，而且水果是冰的，自助早餐的房間沒有開空調，很冷
