酒店管理到位，服務熱情專業，對景區玩點很清楚特別適合初次旅遊的朋友。車位充足，院子很大，有大片草地可以采蘑菇。

酒店門口停車還挺方便的，酒店停車場也夠用，房間挺多的，裝修也是簡單大方，房間更是乾淨整潔，洗漱用品齊全，床品也都是新換的，沒有任何異味，床躺着也很舒服，毛巾浴巾都很柔軟很乾凈，吹風機熱水壺拖鞋等都有，房間隔音效果還可以，酒店前台服務也很熱情，房間裏還有火山神泉天然蘇打水，是當地最好的水，很好喝口感甘甜，冰鎮清爽，我很喜歡，酒店價格也很公道，在景區到哪玩也都很方便。

旅遊景點為數不多的讓我感到很滿意的酒店，設施很新，比較全，衞生非常乾淨，環境很好，安靜又整潔，服務態度特別好，從吧枱到服務人員，再到餐廳人員，都特別好，餐廳的飯很好吃😋

離附近景點都不遠，環境不錯，老闆很熱情，安排了接站，自助餐菜品味道不錯，店裡包車一日遊的師傅幽默熱情，可惜老黑山景區沒開放

酒店的位置很偏僻，離主幹道還要走進去一段小道，附近衹有一家餐館，走過去都要十幾分鍾。
我們入住的那天還停水了，沒法洗漱，辦入住的時候前台也沒有提前説明，不然我們就退掉改住別家了。
最奇葩的是早餐，分俄羅斯人區和國人區，前者全是肉，後者就是粥和雞蛋，簡陋得可以。老闆娘還特意在旁邊盯着，生怕你佔了她一分一毫的便宜，感覺這家店完全就是為歪果仁忠誠服務並引以為豪，對國人就一副看不起的嘴臉，不信的可以去試試。
唯一的分是給困在籠子裏的大黑狗，一看到人就安靜的凝視着你，乖得怪可憐。

安排在一樓，房間有空調挺暖和，衞生乾淨，就是被子有點污，老闆及時更換了，説是送洗的地方洗的不乾淨。小院子裏有衹可愛的大橘貓，又老實又可愛，胖胖的，老是跟着人後麪安安靜靜的，為了看它跑出去好幾遍。為了這個迎賓大橘也得五星好評😃

酒店屬於鬧中取靜，在一個很大的院子裏，停車方便，晚上很安靜。衞生很好沒有任何異味。早餐屬於團餐標準，煮雞蛋饅頭鹹菜粥和炒菜，能吃飽。酒店設施也很不錯，除了貴一點兒沒毛病。

這個酒店主要接俄羅斯團，表面上看不怎麼好，房間還是屬於比較新的，早餐一般，吃飽沒問題！服務態度很好，還幫忙開車送我們到附近的餐館吃飯。感謝！
