Ziyou Kongjian Chain Hotel Heihe Youzheng Road
"Overall, the stay was comfortable: delicious breakfasts, convenient location, large rooms, cleanliness, and friendly staff. Cons: hard mattresses, very dim lighting in the rooms, dark in the evenings, and no complimentary slippers. I highly recommend this hotel."
Ji Hotel (Heihe Central Commercial Pedestrian Street Branch)
"The hotel is quite new, the rooms are clean and very quiet. They have little robots that deliver water, which is super convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, really close to the morning market. You should go early, the variety of fruits is amazing, and there are many types of blueberries too."
Haitang Hotel (Heihe Railway Street Shop)
"The room was spacious and clean. The location is convenient, very close to the train station, and the railway police station is downstairs, so it's very safe. The front desk staff were very responsible, provided excellent service, and were very welcoming. Highly recommended! Thank you!"
Oriental Hawaii Hotel (Heihe Central Pedestrian Street Shop)
Perfect for work and rest. With a professional business center and spacious meeting rooms, it’s the go-to spot for travelers who need to stay productive.
Baiyue Hotel
"The front desk service was excellent, the rooms had good natural light and ventilation, making for a comfortable and reassuring stay. The value for money was incredible. The rooms were clean and odor-free, well-equipped, and had convenient parking. Highly recommended."
Light Luxury Hotel(Heihe Heilongjiang Riverside)
Get a taste of luxury without the high price tag. With premium toiletries, rainfall showers, and chic decor, it’s all about those small, high-end touches.
Liliya Hotel Heihe
"I chose the Lily Hotel based on its affordable price, good ratings, and the fact that each room had a private bathroom (some hotels even have one toilet shared across the entire floor, and showers shared between two floors, which is very inconvenient). Based on these criteria, plus the need for Wi-Fi, I ultimately chose the Lily Hotel. The reviews there were initially quite good, but unfortunately, my room experience was not good. First, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, which could be a big problem for guests with a lot of luggage. My room was the last one, right at the bottom of the stairs, so I had to constantly remind myself to be careful not to fall down the stairs, which I found very annoying. Second, a major drawback is that at 163cm tall, I can easily touch the ceiling. If guests are taller, this room would definitely not be suitable. It felt like it used to be a storage room that was later converted into a guest room. Yes, there was no TV in the room, which might be a drawback for some. But for me, the downside was that smoking was allowed in the room, and there was a non-nicotine odor. The windowsill was tiled, making the room very cold. Fortunately, there was a light, warm blanket at night, which made it a little more comfortable. When I opened the bathroom door, I was afraid to shower, worried that water would splash onto the water heater's wiring and cause a short circuit. However, after a closer look, I realized the water shouldn't have reached there, so it wasn't a problem. But the bathroom had a strong sewer smell as soon as I opened the door. It wasn't until the last day that I suddenly decided to check under the sink, and what I saw was utterly unsettling. I'm not a plumber, but I know it shouldn't be like this. I never expected it. There wasn't even a single cup in the room. Cleaning was only done once before check-in. A bottle of water was left before check-in. There was only enough toothpaste for one use, but thankfully a comb was provided. Before checking out, I typed the information into a translation app and went to the front desk to ask how to get a taxi more conveniently: whether to book through the Alipay app or to find a car at the mall entrance and negotiate the price. But the receptionist, through the translator, told me they could only call a taxi by phone. Later, while crossing the border, I successfully booked a taxi through the Alipay app and was able to cancel the order. This was very unpleasant; the receptionist had given me incorrect information.
Shengbang Hotel
"It's near the commercial street but the construction environment downstairs is very messy and parking is difficult. It is almost impossible to find a parking space in the commercial street before 9 o'clock, and there is no luggage chute on the steps downstairs. If you drive by yourself or carry a lot of luggage, you need lightning protection."
Black River Nina Hotel
"I'd like to share my review of the NINA Hotel. My husband and I were thrilled; it's centrally located, close to everything: the embankment, shopping arcades, and the Huafu shopping mall. Nina is a friendly, smiling hostess who'll give you all the advice and information you need. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the room has everything you need: a TV with Russian channels, air conditioning, an electric kettle, disposable cups, crisp white bedding, small and large towels, rubber slippers, and daily disposable toiletries and toilet paper. A hairdryer, forks, spoons, and so on are all available free of charge from Nina. If we go to China again, we won't look for other hotels; we'll definitely stay at Nina's."
Wangjiang Holiday Hotel (Heihe Heilongjiang Riverside Branch)
"The location is fantastic, right opposite Mother's Square and next to the night market. Our room's window faced inwards, which was great for keeping out noise. If we wanted to catch some of the lively atmosphere, we just opened the door to the square-facing window. The breakfast was also very good. There were a lot of Russians staying at the hotel, even more than locals, and it was clean and hygienic."
Wangjiang Select Hotel (Heihe Heilongjiang Riverside)
"The hotel is nice, clean, the breakfast is okay, the staff is helpful, and the location is excellent. The only downside for me is the lack of a refrigerator in the room."
Pengxuan Express Hotel
"The house is really clean, especially the bathroom, which is very important for someone like me who has a mysophobia. You can close your eyes and walk in. Although the house is not soundproof, everyone is very quiet."
Heihe International Hotel
"This older hotel is familiar and convenient. Its location is excellent, right by the riverside park. Originally, the International Hotel was a two-story brick and wood structure. The current new building was constructed in 1992 and was once Heihe's most upscale accommodation. It's a bit dated now."
Jifeng International Hotel (Heihe Zhongyang Commercial Pedestrian Street)
"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Central Street Pedestrian Street, and there's even a morning market right outside. The room was large and clean. I especially want to mention that we accidentally left our passports at the hotel when we checked out. The front desk staff proactively contacted us to confirm once they found them and helped us arrange a courier to send them back to us. We are very grateful for this. Thank you to the housekeeping staff and a big thank you to the ladies at the front desk!"
