這家酒店很差！房間老舊，設施陳舊，床品臟舊！床單上印跡很多，被套上有頭髮！讓換了的床單還是有印跡；服務員也無奈了：都是這樣的，再換也是如此！還不提供免費水……最讓人氣憤是服務員，態度極差，連個路人都不如！開個房不耐煩的，就像是打擾她聊天了。網上訂了兩間房，最先衹給我一間房的房卡，還説平台沒通知，她看不了後台；如此水平怎麼招上的？最讓人無語的是：聯繫平台後，平台説酒店答應給我退10元，這服務員直接三個字：不知道！真真可惜這家酒店的好位置了，一層大超市、三層羊肉店熱鋪、離南山景區也不遠……酒店僱這人是來砸自己牌子的嗎？？？對和林格爾的好印象全被這家酒店和這服務員毀了！

這個價位就不挑剔了，一樓是一個大超市，停車方便，自駕遊購物補給也方便。前台大姐也很熱情，對面好幾家燒麥店都不錯，旁邊就是南山公園

該賓館位置便利，停車方便，服務態度較好，但服務水平有待提高，連房間wIFl密碼都搞不清，對周邊情況也不清楚，估計是新上崗的。其他一般化，房間夠大，這點還不錯，入住體驗一般化。
