We were really warmed up by the exceptional service from the F6 crew, particularly the friendly and thoughtful receptionist, Annalisa. She went above and beyond, providing excellent restaurant recommendations and assisting with bookings. From housekeeping to reception, it’s a 5-star experience all around!

房間乾淨，還提供拖鞋，洗髮水，浴液，沒有牙膏啥的，早餐個人覺得挺好，地理位置好，去各個景點都方便，房間雖然安排在沿街，但不吵。可以選擇不沿街的房間，估計價格就不一樣了。總體滿意。

性價比不錯的酒店，在赫爾辛基市區，出門都比較方便，離中央火車站，市區都近，早餐還有一個會講中文的服務員，還是不錯的，整體酒店比較復古懷舊

前台非常熱情友好，早餐很豐盛，房間裏很乾凈沒有異味和噪音，整體非常舒適，出門就是公園和網紅餐廳，出行很方便

有一點不滿意的是，辦理入住被要求提供信用卡了，説是防止使用了房間裏的bar,我提供了我的VISA卡給那個男前台。這是來這裏這麼多天唯一遇到的情況，心裏面很不放心。另外因為市區好像在修路還是幹嘛，有噪音，第二天的前台小姐姐很熱情幫我更換了房間，雖然也是解決不了噪音問題，就是那種像持續的蚊子叫聲，小姐姐給了我耳塞。酒店設計很有哥特式風格，床簾的薄紗是黑色的，衞生間的玻璃顏色特別好看。這個酒店設計很用心了。下次來赫爾辛基還會住這裏。
