"this hotel was in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the city center. right under the hotel is a migros. and 1 minute walk away was a local supermarket, butcher, baklava shops etc. the service was efficient and everyone was friendly. we ate dinner here and also had breakfast buffet. food was... meh. the ramada tekstilkent breakfast buffet was far superior. but the hotel was great overall."

"I was on a business trip, decided to take a weekend off and spend mpre time somewhere on the Black Sea shore. Randomly found it in google. The stay was exceptional. Hotel is very clean, Nagehan the receptionist was very friendly and polite. The hotel is located close to the beach and bear the main street where many restaurants are located. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel. Quality exceeds the price. Good luck"

"The name of the facility is Ramada, but in my opinion, there were management shortcomings and malfunctions. They are trying to run the facility with the current staff. The same food was served every day; in my opinion, it should be small and fresh, but it was average. The cleanliness and organization were poor; the staff were trying to do something but were unhappy, their clothes were dirty, and the rooms were only moderately clean. The bungalow we checked into didn't seem like it was going to accommodate guests; the garden wasn't prepared, and the jacuzzi wasn't being emptied. In short, I would not choose it again and I would not recommend it. 😞"
