The facilities and equipment are very new and the rooms are quite large. However, my aunt is not very clean when it comes to hygiene, and there is quite a lot of dust on the bathroom table. What I couldn't stand the most was their air conditioner. It was very noisy. At first I thought it was the sound of the sewer that was making noise all night. Later in the night I couldn't sleep and called the front desk to tell me that it was the air conditioner. Everything else was fine.

前台的服務很熱情，有要求都可以儘量滿足，房間裏面也是蠻好看的，還有洗臉巾、卸粧水可以借用，贊贊小鴨幾！而且酒店位置交通方便快捷，停車免費，早餐豐富多彩很好吃，前台小妹小胡服務貼心，入住非常滿意！

第一次來衡陽，入住的這家酒店真是太好了，房間設施很好，早餐在這個價位可以説是超出預期了，而且每天晚上還有夜宵，夜宵兩天還給搭配了不一樣的，很體貼。我們入住時的前台服務生大肖服務很好。

衞生:房間很乾凈，很整潔，確保房間的衞生和安全，特別好~ 環境:環境挺好的，很幽靜，房間佈置的也比較用心~ 服務:服務很周到，小劉很貼心、很熱情，答覆很及時！ 設施:房間設施很完善，熱水沒問題，淋浴和衞生間分開的，互不影響，很贊👍

昨天早上跟酒店反饋早餐品類不全，酒店立馬接受意見 相關負責人還一直跟我道歉還特意準備了一份下午茶 服務態度挺好 點個贊！ 今天早上發現早餐品種豐富了許多！總體來説 酒店的服務態度還是滿好的！

前台小姐姐服務非常熱情yyds，在前台辦理入住立馬就端上了茶水，甜甜的很好喝，房間設施設備齊全各種日用品都是酒店定製的，味道很好聞，門口停車也很方便，住宿的環境，衞生等比同價的好太多，服務態度規範值得推薦！！！
