訂了個雙人間，結果我住的房間和隔壁房間有道門連通，而且沒有鑰匙鎖不住。除了那道聯通的門，還有一個通向洗手間的的玻璃門，衹能從房間裏面反鎖，也就是説衹要我出去，我入住的房間就是打開着的，誰都能進去。衞生間在房間外面，一道鎖不住的推拉門隔開洗漱台，再外面是一道木門，也是衹能從裏面鎖説是我一個人用結果半夜有人在敲門。説WiFi覆蓋，但是用不了，有空調空調也沒效果，沒有梳子，沒有洗髮水，房間裏面紙巾沒有，吹風機也沒有，地上還有外賣的袋子。我對他們在客人退房之後是否進行打掃保持懷疑態度。
