"Stayed one night in standard room which was fine. Vending machine in reception for drinks & snacks .also beefeater restaurant on site. Shower over bath. Room was warm ,clean & quiet. Felt safe as travelling alone. Checkin was quick. Plenty of car parking. Breakfast was excellent. Had continental breakfast. Not too busy. Plenty of choice - pastries , pancake , crumpets, white & brown bread .fruit , yogurts, cereal .unlimited tea and coffee Would stay here again"

"Booked a family room over the long weekend. The night receptionist/attendant has been very helpful. Very pleased with her, but the cleanliness of the room was horrible. Extra soft pillows that were provided were filthy. They were covered by the previous occupants' hair, and I had to change pillow cases myself. Room didn't come with air-conditioning but was provided with again, filthy electric fan, covered in thick dust that doesn't seem to expel any breeze. Kept the windows open, but the scent of manure greets you in the morning. On 3rd day, I requested to have our room cleaned, as I thought rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, but apparently this is only done upon request. Upon request, receptionist noted down pur room number and was told it will be cleaned after 10am, when we came back in the evening, room was not touched apart from change of towels that were left on top of the toilet seat that has not been cleaned. Not coming back, this branch would have been ideal for our future visits to our relatives but won't be coming back again. Couldn't fault staff at Beefeater, but food was overpriced."

"Location near Nantwich was reason for our booking. Very convenient and for week night, booked in advanced a fair price. Premier Inn can't control the weather, and it was hot and sunny, but no aircon in the room made for a very poor night's sleep. Difficult to understand in this day and age that a hotel chain like Premier Inn doesnt have air con in rooms. Why call yourselves "PREMIER" when it's missing such a vital comfort factor."

"Lovely room, big shower, comfy bed, all of the streaming platforms on the tv. Room service was easy to access once we had the correct phone number, food was okay, probably wouldn’t get it again as it was quite expensive. Unfortunately we didn’t get time to go to the pool but ima use it was nice. Surrounding areas of the hotel and outside the rooms were very nice and quiet. Reception staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly."
