Nooz - Something Different?

We went there in November 2022 for weekend. We did not relly know what to expect, just wanted to rest. But what we got was beyond everything I could hope for. To be honest, you can just go there, don't pack anything, when you enter nooz they will take care of everything Masages were great, room was great too. Food the same. And siting 12 hours in hot water in the middle of the forest was just what I needed:)

My wife had organised a surprise weekend at Nooz for my birthday. And what a surprise.. One of the best birthday gifts ever… Like so many people, we both have pretty stressful lives, so our preferred way to relax is to be… just on our own. With good food, nice wine, relaxing massages, in a beautiful and soothing environment. And that’s exactly what Nooz offers you. You have your own private space (in our case a pavilion with a great view and an inviting bathtub on a private terrace), you eat whenever you want, you have your massages, and you basically let the place adapt to you rather than the other way around. Everything at Nooz is focussed on making sure that your stay is how you want your stay to be… My wife and I have been to quite a few wellness hotels, but this one, well, it really sticks out… And the staff is super nice. Discreet, friendly, and dedicated to making you feel welcome and comfortable. The massages are excellent. We also warmly recommend the mystic treat in the forest: a hot bath, surrounded by trees, with nice drinks, just for you, … So, when we left, we did something we have never done before: we booked another stay in a couple of months from now…

I have a 100euro gift card for a "2 people formula"  that I want. This gift card only applies during the week (Monday to Thursday). I therefore book 1 week in advance for a massage for 2 people on Thursday evening. When hearing that I have a gift card, the receptionist tell me that I have to book 24 hours in advance. I find this rule very strange but I comply. Therefore, I call them back 24 hours before the massage. When I tell the new receptionist that I have a gift card, he tells me that it is only applicable during the day. If I want to have this massage in the evening, the reduction voucher is only 50 euros. In addition, the Dutch-speaking version of the site displays different prices from the French-speaking version. for a massage at 112 euros in French, it costs 125 euros in Dutch. So I find myself having to pay 200 euro for a massage for 2 people of 250 euro. Thank you gift card, you really saved my life on this one!
