Family Lodge Hatagoya Hiroshima

This hotel is the worst hotel I have stayed in in nearly a hundred hotels in Japan for more than 40 years. The cleanliness is poor and the carpet is dirty. I doubt whether the carpet has been cleaned since it was installed. When I opened the door, there was a strong smell of urine. The room price is nearly 730 Hong Kong dollars per night, but there are no equipment (no slippers, toothbrush, hot water kettle). Slippers cost 10 Hong Kong dollars to buy a pair. With this price, you can stay in a three-star hotel in Fukuoka with all the necessary amenities. When I checked in, the receptionist actually asked me to pay in cash (no credit cards were accepted) when I provided my booking confirmation email (which clearly showed that the full amount of the room was prepaid to trip.com). After I pointed out again that the rent must be paid in full in advance, she reluctantly agreed not to charge for the room. コンビニも駅も近く、夜は近くのカレー屋さんへ！と、なかなか便利な場所でしてた！ フロントの方も、メールで問い合わせするとすぐ返信してくれるなど、とても親切でした！ また来月も利用させてもらうおうと思います😊

入り口の右側が急な角度で車の底が擦りそうで不安だった。

スタッフの対応が良く、軽朝食が付いていた。

朝食取りに行くのが少し遅くなってしまったけど、にこやかに対応して下さりありがとうございました。 すぐ隣にコンビニがあったのも良かったです。
