Share this horrible accommodation experience with others This hotel is new and has only been in operation for a month. The price is mid-to-high compared to Japan Street. The google reviews all have good reviews. After staying here this time, I want to share my real experience with everyone. Let’s talk about the advantages of this stay first: 1. The hardware equipment is very new. 2.The room is very clean Now about the disadvantages: 1. There are very few breakfast options. Normally for the price of accommodation, breakfast should not be so simple. The breakfast provided by this hotel is more like the breakfast provided by cheap Vietnamese hotels. 2. Wifi will automatically disconnect at 12 a.m. and will be restored after about 10-15 minutes. 3. The hotel will experience abnormal power outages. I often wake up from the heat in the middle of the night and find that the air conditioner automatically shuts off due to the hotel's power outage and I need to turn it back on again. The scariest thing I encountered during my stay this time was when I finished breakfast in the hotel at 9:30 in the morning and was about to go back to my room to continue resting, the hotel's power went out again. When I saw that the elevator also lost power, I could only be glad that I was not in the elevator. Although the hotel said it would be very fast. There was electricity, but it was out of service from 9:30 until 11 o'clock. I asked friends who lived in a nearby hotel and said that the electricity there was normal. It seemed that it was simply a problem with this hotel. At 11 o'clock, I felt that the hotel experience was too bad and wanted to check out. When I went to the counter to check in, the service staff told me to wait for about 5 minutes for the housekeeper to check the room. After I waited in the sofa area for 15 minutes, I saw that the counter staff was always behind me. I was chatting with a Vietnamese customer. I couldn't help but asked fiercely whether I had finished checking out. The counter staff looked at me and asked, ”Have you taken any drinks from the refrigerator?” When I said no, I was told OK, you can go... This accommodation experience is one of the best. I will not choose this accommodation again in the future.

The breakfast quality was better than other bigger hotels here. Wished they have better fitness room. Pool is small but clean with staff working all day. Sauna has to be turned on upon request and jacuzzi was broken. Still liked the hotel for the price

The gym is fairly well equipped relative to other Vietnam hotel gyms and feels modern The pool is quite small about 1.2m deep throughout. The pool area feels quite slick but is again quite small - there aren’t many sun beds if you want to lounge and these are placed in the pool where the water is ankle high. The breakfast is very good. A great spread and a lot of the items are high quality. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The noodle bar was also quite tasty. The dessert section is a little small but the desserts are very good too. The only issue is that even though a lot of the food is good quality, there were a lot of items that became cold making them inedible - like their wedges. The service is ok at best - maybe below average but that is because hotel service in Vietnam is generally very good - although there was one time when I was in a lift and a staff member told another staff member to take the stairs so I could get to my floor faster… Overall good stay - great breakfast, good facilities
Cherry Boutique Hotel

Chery Boutique hotel - no windows opaque out no see out. So no point and getting the window room and paying the extra fee because even with the window it is no outside visibility. - no towel hangers in bathroom. This is minor until you start to look for a place to hang your towel and you realize there is no where so I needed up hanging mine over the shower head No gym. If you like to workout or u want to keep up with your workouts, no real gym here. The 1 treadmill you see in the online pics was not working, and the stationary bike is unpowered belt type. The sauna was working but mgmt keeps the circuit breakers off so u can’t turn it on without permission. But it works and gets reasonably hot. There is no jacuzzi, the small pool that is listed as a Jacuzzi is unheated. Everything is smaller than pics. Pics are taken and the right angles and distance but anything listed under 300sqft is basically just bed and bathroom. Rooms are small. Loft has no headroom. If you get the larger room with loft the loft is just big enough to crawl I into the bed and sit up while in the bed, anyone taller than a 7 year old will not be able to stand up. Little to no bathroom couter space for your toiletries, similar to the towel rack, no counter space in bathrooms. On check out,n the way out they will inspect your room for missing items such as towels or wash clothes and itemize the waters you have drinken. They stock the refrigerator with bottled waters but then don't tell u that they are for sale. And they sale them for ,5x the price u can buy them from street vendors right outside.i was charged 100,000d about $5 for 4 bottled waters in the room. Check the online hotel listing , and you will see it says”drinking water”. They do at least give u a teapot so u can boil your own water and refrigerate for drinking. The breakfast buffet is as depicted in pics, only issue here is no juice bar. They put the juice in these tiny little jars barely big enough for a child instead of just making a dispenser full with the typical tiny glasses so u don’t take much. Overall, this is a good hotel in a pinch or short 1-2 night stays, and at the right price. $30 a night would be my max to pay on this one. It will put u in the center of the action of Japan town and district 1. But, ***as a vacation destination, I do not recommend. ****

Blue Diamond Signature Hotel 3* has shared the same address with Sky Gem Hotel Sora 4* in Google Map. The two hotels are now the same. Its does not look like the pictures shown in Google Map/Bookings. The hotel's good location is right opposite to the Thai Van Lung gate of Japanese corner. Its 8F pool area is under construction during May 2022. The corridors have not been air conditioned. Room numbers notice are attached by papers on the corner. Walking in the corridors feel like a maze. The garage is not in use. Decoration materials are there. If you have own vehicles, it is wise to park it in the nearby public pay parking lot. The lobby has a coffee shop. The restaurant provides simple breakfasts. The rooms with windows are DELUXE – Internal, Junior suite, VIP. It is suggested to book directly with the hotel. The Interiors are designed with many bamboos. The air conditioner in room takes a while to cool down the room. A ventilation well is behind the bamboo slide door. The bathtub is next to the bed. Toilet and shower room is behind the bed. The floor has no carpet. It is quiet during night. Soundproof is ok. In general, the hotel has a very good location.
