沒有看到前台服務的熱情，很嚴肅，而且四星級酒店居然還不如普通酒店能夠滿足客人喝水的需要，可以無限量供水。該酒店衹給客人2小瓶裝水，這麼乾燥的天氣，衹有自己出去買水，不在乎這幾塊錢而是歲數大的人，要從超市提來這麼重的水比較困難，這點不人性化，設施老化，地毯很臟。床有些塌陷
