Paddy Boutique House Hoian

This hotel was unique, and a very essential brunch hub ☕️🍳. The staff are very kind, generous, and helpful. They provide free bicycles to roam around. The room was spacious and comfortable. It is a 10 to 15-minute walk to the ancient town. I would recommend this place 10/10 ❤️🇻🇳!

This boutique is as charming as the pictures. The staff is just as delightful and wonderful. We arrived early on our checkin and were met by Toa who ensured our checkin was seamless. He allowed us to store our luggage while we took bikes and explored Hoi Ann proper. We were so grateful to return to a clean and relaxing room. While we were mostly on the go go go it has been a relief to return to our room and rest peacefully.

Best placed I stayed in Vietnam! Extended my stay so tried a couple of different rooms, each was as pictured, lovely design, very clean and well-maintained. Walking distance to the town centre. The staff were really helpful. The ground-floor cafe has a great coffee and breakfast menu.

Wow, a Hugh recommendation for this place. Stayed here for 7 nights and that was a good decision. Staff is super nice and friendly, the owner recommended us the best restaurants we tried so far, took our bag to the tailor to help us get a good price , and helped us to book tickets to local shows. The rooms are clean, amazing view (look at the pictures)! And of course they have a safe and a small fridge. They let you lend bikes for free and offer very good breakfast and a GOOD coffee (western style).

Booked 3 nights but ended up staying for 7 nights (in different rooms), till my last day in Hoi An. I was working remotely during my stay there and it was the perfect place to be with the paddy field views and the cafe on the ground floor (coffee was amazing!). The area was quiet but not too far from the old town which is easily accessible on a bike. The owners were extremely friendly and responsive when I needed help. Also love the decor of the place and the attention to details for even the slightest things are amazing! I would definitely be back and recommend the place to anyone who wants a relaxing stay.

I can definitely recommend staying in Paddy Boutique House. Clean, beautifully decorated, with a nice and cosy vibe and great view of the rice fields. Grap a bike and you're in the old town within minutes. As is it a small hotel (which I really like) the service is very personal. Thank you Phuong, Toan and Chinh!! I will be back!

A beautiful tranquil well designed and thought out little boutique house away from the hustle and bustle of the busier end of Hoi An. We checked in early but were able to leave our bags whilst we borrowed bikes to explore. The boutique house also has a cafe on the ground floor with a great selection of food and drinks. The cafe overlooks the rice paddies. Our room (no 3) was perfectly equipped with everything you should need, kettle, tea, coffee, mini fridge, bottles of water (and water refilling stations outside the rooms), plenty of good lighting, mirrors and sockets, with hanging and storage space, a safe, a sofa, bedside table and dressing table (with hairdryer). The staff and service was impeccable... attention to detail in the rooms along with how they serve the food and drink. Nothing is rushed. The staff are all very kind attentive and caring. We did walk most days into the old town which took a leisurely 25/30 minutes. However one evening we took a cab back which cost us 50,000 VD. We used the bicycles from Paddy Boutique House to cycle across the paddy fields to An Bang Beach for a change.... a slow cycle (because of stopping to take photographs) took apx 20 minutes. We then paid 4,000 VD to park the bikes at the beach front. In hindsight would I book again and stay out of the old town, yes absolutely! Hoi An old town at night did make me slightly uncomfortable, not from a safety aspect but the crowds... I knew it would be busy and crowded especially at night when the lanterns lit up and people took the boat rides as it's a very famous tourist area of course it would be busy (don't be put off by that... just be aware) but knowing we were going back to calm was a real bonus. I absolutely loved my time in Hoi An, all of it including the Ancient town at night and daytime, canals, temples, colonial buildings etc and visiting Tropical Home - Craft Beer & Cocktail Bar (please do visit, it's off the walking street tucked away) and 7 Bridges Hoi An Craft Beer Taproom (not so hidden but make sure you walk through into the back garden)

Saw a YouTubers on this hotel hence make it as our stay in hoian. Never regret for the whole 3 nights stay with such spacious and looking out the paddy field and mountain in distant. Air-conditioning might be a bit weak in the hot afternoon to power the whole room but lucky there still ceiling fan to circulate the wind around. The cafe I must say is good on the food and especially the coffee. The cappuccino is awesome think the bean selection go very well with it. Cappuccino, salt coffee and egg coffee are all awesome.

We really liked the concept of this place and the customer minded team. The rooms are very nice and tasteful, all was fully functional and they skipped the plastic water bottles and replaced them by glass with free refill options in the hallway. Food is local and has a focus on vegetarian and vegan however I did enjoy it a lot and of course you can also get non-veggie stuff. Coffees are excellent and the espresso is highly recommended, really strong stuff. You can get free bikes and since all is flat and the place is only a few minutes by bike away from the old centre, we recommend also to take a bike rather than a Grab. We were travelling with a 3 years old and the place was also very well prepared for this (incl. a bike seat). We would recommend to take a room with a view towards the rice fields since the other views are quite restricted. Fantastic stay and we can only recommend this wonderful place!!
