The service at this hotel was fantastic. I loved the big pool and there were always enough loungers. The kids pool is separate at the back of the hotel. The room over the kids pool was a bit noisy and also from the traffic on the small bridge nearby. The enclosed balconies give good sound proofing at night. Breakfast buffet also very nice with lots of local food selections

Absolute best experience here. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, so close to ancient town. Hotel even has bikes that are free to use and super nice to cycle around town. Definitely want to come back here.

We had amazing experience at La Siesta :) Great service from reception Ms Sunny and Ms Lucy for helping us kindly, and bell boy carried all of our luggages. We got a free upgrade to suites room. Also Spa was super nice. restaurant manager and team was gave us good service, great food !! Upon the check out, there was a small issue for the luggages which is the team accidentally didn’t put our luggages inside car, but Ms Lucy and driver help to bring our luggages at the airport. Thank you for great service and follow up to solve problem. At the last hotel of the itinerary, I personally think that the location of the hotel is good. It is a distance from the ancient city. It takes only about ten minutes to walk. It doesn't matter. The room size is good enough, there is a very narrow fake balcony, and the facilities are fairly new and good. Although the booking stated that breakfast is not included, the hotel still gave us breakfast, but the level of breakfast is the worst among the five four- and five-star hotels I have stayed in Vietnam these days. There are few choices and it’s not tasty. There are no highlights. , There is a five-star hotel with the same name next to it that looks very luxurious. Some guests on TripAdvisor may write reviews next door to this one. Please pay special attention to this. This is a four-star hotel and the next door is a five-star hotel. , The appearance of one star is short of several stalls. But the price is good, the service is also very good, and it is forgivable. special reminder: You can walk through the residential area at the back to the Red Bean restaurant on TripAdvisor, which is also a restaurant inside a five-star hotel. Go through the lobby of the hotel and tell the front desk that red bean will take you in. . Because this restaurant only speaks English and the price is high, there are few comments on Dianping. However, I would say that this is a very high-class Vietnamese restaurant, which is the only one that offers Vietnamese cuisine to the French level without losing authenticity. We have eaten all kinds of local stalls in Vietnam, and we have also eaten many Internet celebrity restaurants. It is nowhere near as good as this one. The waiter only takes care of a few tables and the service is almost on top of Haidilao. My parents are also very satisfied. Although it is much more expensive than other restaurants, after all, in Vietnam, the per capita is only a little over 100 yuan for a full meal. Don't listen to the 150 buffet at the front desk. Be sure to order dishes. One set menu is cheap and delicious! The breakfast at this restaurant can be added to 70 RMB for you to eat in. I would recommend you not to eat the breakfast delivered by the hotel in the morning, and add money to red bean for a meal.
