Green Seas Motel

This place has alot of policies such as visitors not allowed, and the person you staying with has to show their ID. Pretty Much for the Price you know you not getting anything fancy. Place is really outdated and I had to call front desk for the bed sheets that werent clean. After notifing them they immediately came with new sheets and covers and was a very quite space.bb

Inside the unit was nothing like the photos advertised. We still stayed as the staff was very nice and provided us new sheets. The price is very cheap, so we didn’t ask for refund or anything. 1) stained sheet 2) two pillows for one queen bed 3) very old interior, maybe from the 50’s 4) hair everywhere on sheet, bathroom, etc. 5) towels and everything was well equipped 6) no hairdryer or iron/iron board 7) very loud during the night due to main road right in front of the building 8) you can hear next unit’s every movement and TV sound 9) must pay CASH ONLY deposit 10) free parking!

The toilet bowl did not flush when I arrived. I informed staff and told rhey would check it out. When I returned 10 hours later in rhe evening, The problem still persisted. The desk person told me he informed his maintenance personnel. But problem was not resolved. Had to use Pompano Beach rest area to take a dump. I understand problems occur, but to not have it solved after 10 hours is unacceptable. They were informed at 730am. And problem still persisted at 9pm.

The place is clean and comfortable! Need to have at list plates , paper towels and silver wares. They have an empty big kitchen useless. Very extricated with visits. This place is more to rest or come for a night with your partner.

I did not get to stay at the property, i was racially ptofilled and disrespected upon arrival by a Caucasian front desk agent at Richards Motel... im pregnant and traveled far and spent 800 on my reservation. I was told to cancel my booking by this agent and will be given a refund... later to hear that the hotel will not be refundng... I have everything on tape and will be pressing charges. My lawyer will be taking over Jultane Etienne

There is a Family Dollar store, a supermarket, and a CVS pharmacy where you can buy groceries, toiletries, or anything else you might need during your stay. You don’t have to worry about anything when you stay at the Green Seas Motel. Make sure to remember and bring a $50 cash deposit.

It is a hotel to spend a night or a weekend. It has basic amenities to spend a few days off without spending a lot of money.

The room smelled like old fish.... The television didn't work.. the room was nothing like the picture.. the nerve to ask for a deposit
