Our stay was fine but waiting for about 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk when we got there made me nervous. We were there for a wake and a funeral and I was afraid we wouldn’t make it to the wake. We did tho!

The place is clean, quiet, staff respectful. Amenities are great. Complimentary coffee and breakfast!! Great hotel for a brief stay with my family. Very close to Holyoke mall / Round 1

Booked stay through ******* six months in advance only to show up at hotel and was told they were overbooked and didn't have any rooms left. Totally unacceptable for both ******* and Homewood Suites/Hilton. Manager offered to comp stay for another date and I have yet to hear from her. Take my advice and stay somewhere else.

Went to the Big E, hotel was only a few miles away, very spacious, was able to do work and leave it in the next room when I went to sleep.

Had a terrible experience--our bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was broken, we did not get a decent night's sleep and woke up in a ton of pain the next day. The floor was randomly wet in certain areas. When management was informed they just apologized but did not offer any compensation for the experience.
