We stayed here for 1 night on our way home. The room was big and very well laid out. Most of the hotel has been build around a lake. Our room had lake view which made it very pleasant. Swimming pool and restaurant were amazing and again with lake views. Very friendly staff so would definitely recommend!

Lovely quiet stay. We really enjoyed the location. Pleasant stroll around the lake. Very good food and choices and excellent service provided. We used the car but could be easily reached by the train. I am planning to do that for our next trip.

Homepage & Marketing is great. Kitchen quality is simply awful. SPA area the most left room watch the relax chairs you may fall back as it happened to me. When we arrived it was fathers day and the cottage/bar in the hotel area was full with drunken guys and extremely loud typical Ballermann music which does not fit to a wellness type of hotel. Breakfast quality was not ok, muesli too watery, old cucumber and simply no love and quality. Designed for the mass, no quality, young and less qualified staff and no love ,

Everything was perfect then a blonde, thin waitress at the breakfast ruined the whole experience. We got an early check-in from the reception, the restaurant for dinner was good. Location and parking were perfect for people who come by car. Sauna and pools were in good condition too, everything went well till the morning of check-out. We showed up at breakfast at 6h55 in stead of 7:00. The waitress was clearly annoyed by this, not a tiny smile on her face and she told us that we are early. My wife reluctantly said "sorry, I start work early today" and the waitress answer was "everybody works". We were totally shocked by her attitude in general and this unacceptable response in particular. This goes to show that it doesn't matter how good your hotel is, a person can single-handedly ruin the whole thing. Now, all I remember from this getaway weekend is her rude and unprofessional service.

We were welcomed very friendly. The staff in the restaurant is super attentive and knows what we have booked. Great service, great wellness area with a fantastic view of the pond and forest. Good food, very imaginative and visually appealing and delicious.

Very nice 4 star hotel! Fantastic location on the lake with local recreation quality. The staff is super friendly and competent in all areas. Family and relaxed atmosphere throughout the house. Rooms are clean, comfortable and furnished to a high standard. Restaurant, breakfast buffet and wellness top! Absolute recommendation! Family ambience and well-being guaranteed.

The hotel comes highly recommended. From the facilities to the service, the location and the cleanliness, everything is great. From the outside you might think the hotel is cold and dull, but as soon as you step inside the warmth envelopes you. The only "negative" I could say is that you can see and hear the street from the pool. For the rest there is absolutely nothing to complain about. I will definitely book a stay again!
