非常讚的酒店！房間乾淨、衞生，設施維護得很好。服務員寢取、專業。酒店的地理位置就在美麗的南湖湖畔。酒店提供熱牛奶、cookie

酒店位置很好，就在南湖邊。步行去西南聯大和海關陳列所以及南湖公園裡的先鋒書店都不遠，停車場很大，自駕合適。酒店大堂富麗堂皇，房間寬敞明亮，一切都比較舒適。唯一遺憾的是酒店未來節省費用，居然空調不是24小時的，入住期間每天早上被熱醒。早餐一大碗豪華的過橋米線很棒，可惜因為空調不工作，空間悶熱、過橋米線一大碗雞湯的邊際效應迅速降到最低，因為喝了幾口就是一身汗。怕熱的謹慎訂房。酒店的餐飲不錯，一個人也享受小包廂，因為散座廳沒有開。第一天點的帶皮牛肉估計是實習生做的，被投訴後酒店免單。第二天的魚湯和蒙自年糕炒雞很好吃，年糕居然是甜的！

酒店位置得天獨厚，南湖邊上地標建築，公共交通方便。房間寬敞，視野好，大窗户能看到庭院或南湖，用的洗浴用品香氣有異域特點。下午送水果，晚上有送牛奶和餅乾，服務非常貼心。送的一份過橋米線質量不錯，還配酸奶和水果。前台美女耐心周到，大方得體。幾天住宿很愉快，整體的性價比高，值得大家嘗試。

設施：設施有點成舊了，但功能還完好，主要關注的就是淋浴的出水很大，要説唯一不足可能就是淋浴房的玻璃門有點縫隙。
環境：環境很好，有個花園，景色也很美，酒店就在南湖邊上，位置很好，去先鋒書店、西南聯大舊址等景點不行即可。
服務：五星酒店的服務就是好，早餐豐盛，客房服務也很到位，特別是晚上的熱牛奶和小點心好暖心，是這次雲南行目前喝到的最好喝的牛奶，讚了！

蒙自官房大酒店對面就是南湖公園，晚上燈光下，特別漂亮。酒店環境一流，就是有點舊，但服務很棒。設施齊全，早餐品種還可以，中西式，蒙自的過橋米線是的發源地，米線真的好吃。住了兩晚三天，體驗很棒。
