這家裝修很有土豪風，旁邊是一家的高級商場，估計是漢人運營的酒店，滿滿的金融味，酒店還會有電話推銷.寫了要無煙房，房間空調一開，一股煙味，難受，早餐東西很多但是沒啥吃的，人多服務跟不上，前台退房也是等老半天，住一天馬上換地方.不過入住有電影送，工作日基本沒人一個人的包場很爽，唯一值得一提的

沒有一點酒店服務意思、管理混亂，剛入住新杯子居然有咖啡味道，一看就清洗不到位，定了兩晚要求服務員換床單被套，居然質問我，為什麼要換，早餐更是差，去早了也沒東西，去晚了更美東西，就連煎雞蛋都要等很久，洗浴用品一看就是垃圾，不敢用，空調異味，還有上次客人的褲衩都在櫃子裏，噁心不。

什麼都挺好，就是訂單裏顯示可以延遲退房2小時，其實承諾不能兑現，所謂的2小時，就是到14點，前台小姐姐幫我跟經理申請完回來，還是14點，根本不能到16點，打電話給攜程協調後來才答應，什麼破經理，有權限不放，有沒有服務意識？又不是什麼過分的要求，既然訂單裏有可以延遲退房的服務，就要兑現承諾啊！14點叫延遲退房嗎？哪個酒店不是14點退房？本來是5分好評的，這零點幾分就是這個破經理扣的，老闆或者店長看到這條評價給ta扣錢！還有，早餐雖然不差，但是沒有別人寫的那麼好，不要因為早餐而訂這個酒店，沒必要，我就是看了別人的評價早餐好才訂的，稍有失望。對了，還有工作效率太低，有點什麼事總要等很久。比如等服務員來帶看房間，帶換單間，送洗衣液，還有等延遲退房消息的回電，都等**了！

這裏我住過性價比最高的酒店，裝信豪華，房間超大，衞生起好，設施齊全，早餐豐盛，堪比五星酒店。來和田的遊客強烈推薦。

酒店不錯，值得推薦。免費地下停車場（到前台取停車票），車位充裕。所有工作人員彬彬有禮，前台業務熟練。房間寬敞舒適，衞生間乾濕分離。早餐品種豐富多樣，保證吃飽吃好。酒店隔壁有購物中心、KFC及大型超市。到和田團城步行約15分鐘以內。

彼此南疆行住的最大最豪華的酒店，五鑽，新開的，停車方便，服務很好，房間很大很舒適，早餐特別豐富。唯一的缺點就是酒店衞生間下水不好，洗澡完水漫金山，很晚了服務員來打掃，態度挺好。

房間挺大的，樓下就是商場、超市，和田老夜市我是步行來回的，正好消食，住了三天，其中出了一點小意外，樓層服務員芒妮莎特別好，迅速幫助聯繫前台，及時解決問題，非常感謝！
