Arrived to check in at 3.30 to chaotic scenes, as there were people waiting to check in, as roomed weren’t ready. I finally got in my room at 4,45.
The coffee machine, fridge and microwave didn’t work, but air worked out the appliances were OK, but the power point into which they were plugged was not. The aircon unit didn’t turn off.
I told a man at the desk of the fault in the room, he really couldn’t care less, and didn’t register it as something that should concern him at all. At checkout, the woman asked how was my stay,..I replied “not good”. She didn’t even have the skills/courtesy to ask why, or how could things be done better. Awful customer service.
Breakfast was basic, but the rooms were well decorated.
