服務態度很好，酒店周邊環境也不錯，帶全家出來遊玩，看到評論還不錯就選擇了，住下以後，果然沒失望，尤其早餐特別值得推薦哦！

網上定了兩個價格188和112，除了樓層不同，其他一樣，不建議入住，房間配置很差，188標間晚上房門一直報警，馬桶不上水，枕頭裡麪極其臟，問前台居然説是188的房間床上用品還要好些，真實情況應該是都很差！

設施很老了，停車場車位緊張，樓後的幾個停車位進去後要倒着才能出來。早飯7點到9點，7點半去的居然沒什麼東西了。周邊吃飯方便，有個涮牛肚不錯。

1.房間有味道，換了一間還是有味道，工作人員説是因為很久不用的緣故。2.房間內空調沒有熱風，設施老舊。3.房間隔音不好，晚上十一點多還有人上來辦入住，帶着孩子，很吵。致電前台，説話那個樣子，呵呵。4.前台那個小哥哥服務不錯。之前預訂好之後給前台打過電話，一個女孩接的，態度不好，素質服務有待提高。5.早晨也很差，就那幾個菜，很多都是空的，估計沒什麼人入住吧，菜品種類很少。

酒店坐落在侯馬市主要道路新田路上，自駕車，坐公共交通車都方便。外觀也是大酒店，大堂也夠豪華，前台小姐姐服務好。房間面積也不小，算得上標準的大客房，但裝修風格及傢俱有點老套，應該是老酒店沒有重新裝修，尤其是沙發、坐椅還有地毯，顏色沒有選好，看上去又舊又臟。
早餐有葷有素還有水果，屬於中上水平。衹是4人用小餐桌有點意思，沙沙的設計師想標新立異，沙沙的經理採購了它。客人沒有想那麼多，同行人不多時選擇坐小餐桌，我看就餐的客人有3種坐姿，第1種比較霸氣，居中而坐，兩腿展開，將桌腿夾在兩腿中間。第2種比較硬氣，必須居中而坐，用膝蓋硬懟桌子腿。傻傻的我選擇坐在桌子的一角就餐，內心暗暗祈禱，路過的親們千萬不要碰我右手，我T恤帶了2件，外褲衹穿了一條。
酒店的價格與設施比較配套，最大的優點是下午2點退房，我早餐後去晉博園轉了一圈，回來後可以洗個澡，吃過午飯後再睡一覺，然後再退房離開。

房間設施還可以，絕對對得起這個價位，早餐豐富，服務也挺好，唯一缺點就是房間煙味太重，感覺和地毯有關，建議把地毯撤了。去侯馬多次都住君鴻酒店，唯獨這個煙味是個問題
