沒什麼服務，酒店前台種族歧視嚴重，可能是在中部的關係。沒什麼設施，酒店馬桶裏麪沒沖乾淨。
差評。不過德州的酒店也衹能是這個水平了

I stayed here for 5 nights for business in April 2024. The location is perfect as I could walk to my office using the internal walkways. The room (I got a free upgrade) was well appointed, with modern furnishings in good working order, and kept clean (including remembering to refill the ice bucket and replace the water). The bed was pretty comfortable although pillows a bit soft. The gym was well appointed; I usually arrived before 6:30 but there were enough machines that I could do what I needed to without having to wait. The onsite ToroToro restaurant is nice quality, there is a good range of food and friendly and attentive staff.

Rather old hotel and old rooms. Very noisy.(old pvc Windows. You hear everything from the road). Had to call the engineer to fix the ac that made lot of noise. Concierge gives basic info and poor advices. 2nd day we come back at 5pm. The room was not made. « Sorry we forgot. But we Will give you a 100 discount😂 on a 2600 dollar per night suite! What a joke. I never do but for once I Checked the bill. There was a 300 dol mistake.and so on… ! This is not the 4 season standard i am used to(except the Price:-) I don t know the City but you probably can find better for that kind of money However. Do try the toro toro restaurant. Very good

As expected from any Four Seasons, we were met with exceptional service from the time we pulled up until the moment we departed. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly, and the bedding was extremely comfortable. We were traveling with two young children, and the staff went above and beyond to make this stay special for them as well. We’ve never been disappointed by a Four Seasons hotel, and this one is no exception.

The Four Seasons Houston is always a great place to visit. The hotel staff go above and beyond to accommodate any request. The amenities are better than most luxury hotels, and the room are perfect. The workout room and pool area are excellent. The onsite restaurant (Toro Toro) is also great - you don't have to leave this property.

I always enjoy my stay at the Four Seasons. It's a great location in downtown Houston and the staff are absolutely fabulous. They always remember by name and the services and the rooms are wonderful. The bar is also a great place to meet people for business meetings, as is Toro Toro restaurant.

Room was clean and comfy. TV was big but could use more channels. Bathroom was spacious, as was shower, with top end bath amenities. Professional front desk was efficient & welcoming. Valet service was always ready to assist with valet attendant Ahmed was on top of my needs.

Four Seasons, fantastic as always. Avery at the bar, brilliant. Really great recommendations. Ahmed, Nathan, and the rest of the valet team, equally awesome. Quick, efficient, kind, and considerate. You couldn't ask for better. The whole Staff made our trip very memorable. Thanks For Seasons!

Stay was great, enjoyed the room was clean, quiet, and relaxed, pool area very nice as well, staff was veey helpfulnif you need anything, excellent location, nice bar area as well, Ahmad and Tim were very nice 💯 with valet services ! Will definitely be back
