酒店離高鐵站幾公里，門口就是主幹道，叫車去市裡景區很方便，酒店環境很好，房間很乾凈，設計感不錯，早餐品種不少，還有好些淮安當地美食可以品嚐，入住當天會提前電話溝通，詢問是否有特別的需求，前台小李服務超好，熱情高效，電梯刷房卡會自動識別樓層很智能也安全，就是有兩次識別失敗，希望改進。
