非常好的酒店，各方面都挺不錯，設施設備保養的很好。曙光位置好，市中心，周邊生活配套應有盡有。酒店大堂很亮堂，超級氣派的感覺，很大，撲鼻而來會有一股淡淡的香味，很好聞。工作人員服務很好，熱情，有禮貌，主動，前台小姐姐zll微笑服務，有耐心，專業，辦入住很迅速，禮賓大姐貼心的幫我們行李送上樓，有一種賓至如歸的感覺，酒店不僅有健身房，還有機器人送餐服務，真的是很滿意的入住，面面俱到。

首次入住淮安曙光國際大酒店，大堂乾淨明亮，有大堂吧可以喝喝茶，休息區也有免費茶水提供。酒店服務真的很好，禮賓主動拉行李，到前台辦理入住時，大堂服務朱芹送上小毛巾，茶水，服務確實到位。房間也挺大的，晚上也很安靜，酒店提供的蕎麥枕頭很舒適。值得推薦zq.

地理位置還不錯，近有軌電車站，好像是市中心，出門不遠就是大運河文化廣場，再遠一點是裏運河文化長廊，沒有走遠，不知還有什麼地方 ，周邊看起來吃東西地方不少。房間敞亮，就是朝西，看出去都是別家的房頂，上面是分佈不大整齊的太陽能電板和其他設施，沒什麼風景。房間裏設施齊全，浴室寬敞，洗漱用品都不錯，就是裏面花灑老舊，漏水嚴重，而且噴出來的水也不集中，有待修繕。早餐豐富味道好，價格不貴，中西餐齊全，而且做得都很好吃，最重要的是餐廳裏的服務員態度好，做事認真，收空盤及時，是整個酒店服務態度最好的部門，到的那天晚上我們還吃了一頓酒店的晚餐，也是同一個餐廳，同樣服務好、味道鮮美，價格不貴。酒店的服務有待改進，我們到達和離開，門口都有門僮還是保安，總之是壯碩的大漢，還有年輕姐姐，但是看到我們八旬長者提個箱子，沒有人想着幫一把，四星級酒店的服務意識完全沒有。淮安的出租車司機也是，客人打車，提着行李，也不下車幫着提個箱子，好像老爺一樣坐在車裡看着，使人感覺不爽。
