The courtyard is unique, with good service and super clean. It is a haven for rest after work. The boss also gave breakfast for free and will come next time.

北京周邊都走過了，還有個漏就是官廳水庫，聽説還有國家濕地公園，度週末合適。網上選擇了懷來這家民宿。倒也安靜，院子裏杏樹、蘋果樹都結果子了，地上的草坪也開始發芽；一派世外桃源景象。有免費咖啡，淋浴間洗澡水水量超大，看樣子民宿整體都經過主人精心打理，服務也很熱情周到。感覺不錯，北京有車族雙休日過來可也。

在官廳水庫邊兒上發現了這家精品民宿，意外收穫。不同於周圍的農家院，獨特設計風格。院內很幽靜，是個喝茶聊天曬太陽的休閑好去處。院內還可以燒烤。老闆人很熱情。

民宿別有洞天，離幾個景點都很近，房間也挺好的，就是鏡子和淋浴頭太高了，矮子看不見哈哈哈！名宿可以燒烤，提前和老闆説就行。暫時還沒有提供餐食。

在這裏住了兩晚，分別餘閑居和野際居。餘閑居是整個民宿最靠近馬路的一間，車來車往聲音清晰，遇到鳴笛更是無處可躲，早上五六點鐘被吵醒無數次……後來通過攜程升房服務換到野際居，遠離馬路，安靜多了，但是當晚鍋爐壞了沒有熱水……
整個民宿小院包括房間內部裝修都能看出老闆曾經的用心。小院處處風景雅緻，房間內部佈局合理。
但是！現在入住衹能明顯感受到這些用心都是過去時。
整個民宿就一位管家，平時根本找不到人，衹能通過樓道偶遇找管家要礦泉水要捲紙……甚至熱水壞了當晚不到10點，大堂黑漆漆一片，完全不見管家蹤影，最後是通過攜程上民宿電話打給老闆，老闆再去聯繫管家，前後用了半個多小時……當晚也沒能修好，並且民宿除了“不好意思”沒有任何錶示。
民宿曾經應該也有餐飲經營，但是現在全部空置了。每個房間桌上還放着點餐的二維碼，興沖沖掃碼點完發現商家（即民宿餐飲）已閉店不再接單……
房間衞生一般，換到野際居進衞生間發現洗手池枱麪+馬桶蓋上3根頭髮。

民宿裝修清新別緻，停車方便，老闆很熱情，室內衞生環境良好。周圍就餐方便，出門直行50米就有官廳鐵鍋燉魚，味道鮮美。早餐店內免費提供，咖啡、紅茶、雞蛋、花捲、紅豆粥，很暖心。夏天來小院還能燒烤，點贊。
