酒店衞生差，服務差，晚上噪音大，一夜到天亮的狗叫🐶！入住這家酒店就是折磨人！一夜的狗叫和車子噪音！極差的酒店，根本不能住，環境差到低點，特別後悔入住！！！

本人經常出差，經常在外面住酒店，這個酒店住完這次下次不會再來了。環境一般，衞生條件一般，剛住進去窗户上還有蜘蛛和蜘蛛網。開始沒注意，一定就定了四天，本人比較懶，就懶得換了。至於服務，住5天下來，總共提出兩個問題。1:給幫忙送張紙和一支筆，前台説沒人，不送。後打經理電話才安排保潔阿姨給送過來。電話裏兩人語氣都不是很好。2:因為工作的關係去前台溝通能不能延遲2個小時退房，前台説不能。但如果我拿好評去給她看她可以給我延遲。語氣有帶威脅的口吻。現在蹲在馬路邊發評論。實在太氣了。全部差評！

酒店位置位於開發區 對於我們出差的人很方便 酒店設備齊全 前後都有停車場 晚上是保安帶我停的車 提示很到位。房間也還行 出差人也沒那麼講究。前台送了一份早餐。早餐也還不錯 很感謝。下次有需要會繼續過來入住。也會推薦同事來住 現在服務行業都不容易 但是酒店前台小美女的態度非常好 諮詢問題都耐心解決

家裡來去親戚了，安排在這裏七。前台很熱情，啥都給照顧到了，因為同行有長者健康碼啥的前台也都幫忙搞好，非常貼心。房間很大，親戚安排在這裏很有面子 ，不太會用手機照片很模糊，前台送了早餐，真的很不錯😊

一家全國連鎖的酒店，做的這麼差，我是真不能理解。
1沒有熱水，放了半天沒放出熱水來
2豪華套房，就一個小房間，裝修簡陋，外面擺了兩張自動麻將桌，你是住宿還是開麻將館的？
3衞生不行，那個床單竟然有老鼠啃的洞，床下，靠牆死角處全是灰。
總結就是要啥沒啥，一個破房間帶兩個破廳

停車真的很方便，前後門都有停車位。前台的服務態度也很好，房間介紹和價格方面説的都很清楚。房間裏面的設施設備也很齊全，吹風機、充電器、驅蚊器都有配備，房間的很寬敞，床上的被子、枕頭都很乾凈。早飯有各種個樣的美食，非常的美味。
