Hualien Hotels with Breakfast

I stayed here for two days in June last time. I missed it very much. This time I came here for three days, but this time I was told that happy our could not be used. This time I came to stay, the TV was broken, the hot water was not hot, and the amount of water was very small. Using happy hour, my children took time off and drove nearly five hours to stay here. They were not in a good mood these three days and didn’t even go to the playroom or swimming pool. I will move to another place next time and will not consider coming here again.

newly refurbished, spacious room with bathtub, love the fragrance of Harnn shampoo and body gel amenities. every single staff of the hotel I met was extremely polite and helpful. the only small thing I can advice is, it would be nice if the hotel can offer more varieties of eggs for breakfast.

Very clean, shower and toilet inside and outside the room. Bed are big enough and comfortable. Breakfast is provided! Toast, ham, cheese and various spreads. The crowd is very different from any hostel I stayed before, many middle age people and even kids!! So might not be the perfect place for you if you want to make friends. Everyone I talked to, from the staff to the guest was extremely nice! At the reception you can get information to visit the taroko gorge.

During the summer vacation, I took my family to Hualien to play and stayed at Tongmao Resort. I felt pretty good. I heard that the decoration was finished, so the room looked new, there were some small activities of bingo DIY, and there was also a starry sky cinema. It's just because it's far from the city, so it's more inconvenient to go out without driving.

I was very satisfied and shared the beautiful photos with each group. The ones they had not been to amazed them and inspired them to plan to go there. The ones they had already visited triggered good memories and discussed the possibility of going again.

The hotel is very new. The room is very clean and tidy. I am very satisfied. The bed is very good and the view is also very good. The bathroom is very big and the bathtub is also very large. The laundry service is a bonus. The clothes hanging in the room dried quickly. I am very satisfied👍

It is one of the very few non-five-star hotels in Taiwan whose service management reaches the level of a four- to five-star hotel. Suitable for family travel and accommodation, it has been included in the pocket list.

新年假期過後大家那顆旅行的心是否在醞釀當中！暫時未去得玩不要緊一於看我於台灣花蓮的美食止止癮先。 之前跟大家分享過於Silks Place Taroko太魯閣晶英酒店的秘境下午茶，今天就來為大家介紹我們於酒店內的一場度身訂造的晚餐。 到達花蓮那天的晚餐我們於酒店頂樓內的The Retreat Lounge行館交誼廳用餐，享用一頓超美味的Chef's Table晚餐。 甫坐下先來杯酒店自家的山禾釀小米氣泡酒，用上花蓮在地小米酒找來知名釀酒廠度身訂造這支氣泡酒，香氣撲鼻入口味道清爽超好喝耶。 另外還有Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Pinot Grigio白酒，圓潤的加州白酒帶有清爽的桃子柑橘味，入口不會太甜挺合我口味。 我們的餐前麵包有菌香滿滿的椴木香菇麵包，配搭香滑牛油絕對是滋味無限。 晚餐以嬌小玲瓏的白海老、壽豐南瓜、最中來揭幕，新鮮白蝦上鋪滿刺蔥葉配上南瓜蓉一同藏身於日式最中餅內，黏糯的白蝦鮮味十足加上甜美的南瓜蓉及香脆最中餅，小小的一件口感非常豐富令人回味。 緊接著11號公路馬糞海膽、吉安水果玉米用上在地食材來炮製，超級香甜濃稠粟米配襯鮮味滿盈的馬糞海膽，那份鮮味直接衝擊味蕾非常震撼。 這道洄瀾石蟹、中橫山林甜筍用齊海及山中的鮮味來炮製！爽脆鮮味共冶一爐不用配襯醬汁已經非常好吃。 鮮味停不了繼續品嚐來自大海的東海岸九孔鮑魚、太魯閣原住民野菜，在地最出名的九孔鮑魚配鮑魚肝弄成醬汁吃出原汁原味，加上不苦澀也不刮舌的台灣獨有野菜過貓味道非常獨特。 再來有這客海洋深層鱘龍魚、台8線塔塔醬、手工紅肉李果醬，擺盤精美賣相美絕是惹人垂涎的菜式。 鱘龍魚口感紮實以酥炸方式來炮製香脆又可口，沾上台8線塔塔醬或手工紅肉李果醬來享用，吃下味道酸酸甜甜份外開胃。 這刻送來一個熱騰騰的靚湯東岸野生龍蝦、七星潭汛化淡菜、西寶有機番茄，這個豐富的組合究竟出來是什麼味道！ 爽口彈牙的野生龍蝦味道鮮甜，加上肥嘟嘟的濃味淡菜和鮮香番茄，拼奏出這個海陸鮮味並存的靚湯很讚的味道。 來到第七道菜太平洋黑鰻、富里黃金57號、台東關山香米！鰻魚口感紮實魚味香濃，那富里黃金57號即是坊間稱的黃金地瓜，肉質較沙鬆用來作番薯蓉最適合不過！但最令我驚喜的是那口台灣關山香米，米粒白皙透亮口感Q彈扎實味道很甘甜，好吃得有點衝動想買回香港呢。 來到主菜當然要找支紅酒來點綴！這枝Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Merlot，酒體飽滿酸度平衡跟單寧完美融合餘韻順滑。 大家的主菜是稻香燻燒和牛小排、碳烤東海野大蝦，而貼心的大廚將我的主菜轉為豚肉。 豚肉烹煮得超粉嫩外層焦香內裏軟嫩多汁肉味香濃，可配襯六色海鹽來品出多重滋味，加上炭香十足的彈牙大蝦完美展示主菜的魅力。 最後我們的甜品是自栽薄荷葉、哈蜜瓜、杏仁、荔枝，青春色調帶出滿滿的水果香氣，配襯我喜歡的清爽薄荷葉能喚醒味蕾。 大廚更貼心為我們送上台灣特色飲品珍珠奶茶，慰藉我們這夜未能到夜市寂寞的心。 最後以一杯幽香的後花園萬壽菊茶來結束這場超享受的晚餐。 行館交誼廳每逢週六和連續假期供應這限定Chef's Table(菜式隨季節變更)，有興趣的朋友記得跟酒店提早預約喔。

Service was courteous at the front desk. They were very kind to give me a room before 3pm knowing that I had traveled more than 17 hours and really need to rest. Restaurant service was very slow. They were short of staff. No one was around to take my bill. Food was average. Really liked their cold dish with lotus root and red bean. Dinner buffet was very pricey. Couldn’t quite justify $30 per person. I was disappointed when I went back for the breakfast buffet. They served the same cold dishes and fruits from the previous night. Felt like we were eating leftovers. I picked this hotel because of their outdoor pool. It’s an outdoor 25 meter pool. It was lovely swimming laps and enjoyed the ocean view.
