自發為這家店點贊！老闆人很好，我訂了初三初四兩晚水調歌頭大床房，想添張床，老闆免了100元加床費！老闆在底樓開了家飲料店，對住店客人免費供應飲料和冰淇淋！超大氣！還處處為客人提供方便，我來時在邊城機場，老闆讓兒子來接我，費用比市價優惠！回程時要去吉首東站坐高鐵，當地沒直達交通，老闆熱心為我聯繫了包車，解決了我後顧之憂！此外，這家店位置很好，在各景點（從白塔翠翠居至拉拉渡）中心，去那都方便！陽台外的景觀也很好，如有朋友來，定向他們推薦此店！

房是夠大嘍，空調也得勁，陽台景絕佳！對面那個就是翠翠島！另一張是沙發床，有停車位，導航第三中學！這位置也賊寧靜！算中心位吧！左右兩邊都有景。。。

房間正對着翠翠島，老闆人超好，下公交車後找不到路親自開電瓶車來接我，發現陽台的燈壞了一個立馬打電話給我並親自幫我換了，還説有什麼需要隨時聯繫他，這服務真的一流！邊城茶峒風景秀麗，逛累了可以坐在搖椅上靜靜的看看風景，喜看山間多蒼翠，遍地松香沁心扉

環境：位於茶洞街上的這家酒店處於邊城茶洞的中心，步行到哪裡都比較方便。
衞生：室內衞生還可以，衹是我們訂的衞生間是蹲廁，使用起來不方便，不知道其他的客房是否也如此。
設施：設施還是比較齊全，尤其是有專用的電動茶桌，陽台很小，衹能用來曬晾衣服。沈從文的書《邊城》成了這裏酒店客棧內的標配；不過總共有5層的客棧沒有配置電梯，提行李很不方便。
服務：還不錯，老闆出來帶我們尋找景區內的停車位，離住的酒店很近，還幫個着拿行李。

一次非常好的住宿體驗，這個民宿我認為是邊城位置最好的了，房間很乾凈，窗外的風景也是一絕，老闆認真負責，很熱心，幫我們聯繫出城的車，還親自帶我們過去，看着我們出門上車才走，很感謝！
