Best location in Hue, well educated, English-speaking staff, if the reception is crowded with French customers, the reception ends while drinking tea on the waiting sofa, Receive the key and guide to the room. The rooms are clean and quiet from the veranda overlooking the Perfume River over the palm trees. Take a break with welcome lychee and nuts. The restaurant is the best hospitality and food, certainly expensive from the average of Hue, but it is an order according to the hall staff chief and the advice. The food is good and the wine is good. I had the best hospitality to my wife. After returning to the room, you can spend a relaxing cocktail time on the veranda, looking at the royal palace and flag lit up over the Perfume River, and spending time without saying anything until your rest. It was the best hotel for the elderly.

A wonderfully appointed modern hotel with a strong nod to where you are. We visited the spa, ate in the restaurant several times. My only non positive comment is a slight lack of process and consistency. The staff were lovely and attentive but the spa experience process needed a little sharpening up, the consistency of drink and table presentation in the dining room was a little haphazard and housekeeping also was a little inconsistent. Small things but just bot quite to the standard of the property. Would still recommend though!

Amazing stay at Vinpearl Hue. The staff was amazing ( all the front desk employee , the concierge was really helpful since we wanted to have some info for the imperial city. Pool attendants both amazing and really attentionned to small details). Vinpearl was one of our highlights of our trip ! Room was really clean and the view was incredible . Nice sky bar. Truly a 5 stars hôtel with the small attentions they give you!

The shopping recommended by the driver is not worthy of reference. The sound insulation of the hotel room is not very good. If there are noisy guests living nearby, it may affect the rest. Spatel d’Annam Boutique Hotel What a lovely hotel for us to enjoy at the end of our trip to Vietnam. We selected this hotel for its reviews which were so positive as well as for its fantastic position, close to the Royal Imperial Palace. Our room had a mezzanine with the bed upstairs and the bathroom and sitting area downstairs. We have been so fortunate during our travels to meet the staff who make the accommodation so pleasurable. We had the most wonderful welcome from Tu Trinh on our arrival. She explained clearly all our options for our stay and provided a very helpful map to get to and from the night markets, some of the historic monuments and the city centre. Arriving on New Year’s Eve we shared a special set menu dinner. It was a very happy affair where we met other guests and had a chat with the manager of the hotel, Dang Nhan and Ms Ly who so kindly guided my wife through the options for a coeliac. We enjoyed our stay. They took care to provide gluten free options each morning at breakfast, and my wife enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa. On our departure we were farewelled as life long friends. These wonderful people who took such beautiful care of us during our stay will stay in our memories for ever. We will certainly return to once again enjoy the hospitality and kindness of all at the Spatel d’Annam.

I have special wishes and complex travel plan, in 1.5 days I want see a lot and can not get good support unless I find this team. Anna organized pickup, managed all my journey including laundry, early hosting and take care of me during traveling. In additional she organized Scooter. This is just excellent. Highly recommend! Nice part of town and close walking distance to many places such as walking street, vincom, river and much more. A bit of history if you look really close and experience something unique. Breakfast was ok and rooms are a bit dated but that's the charm of the hotel. Gym could be upgraded as only one treadmill that didn't work and one bike that wasn't plugged in. Universal exercise machine must have been as old as the hotel but all in all good value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I turned up after a huge ride in the rain and as soon as l arrived (still raining) the staff came out and helped me straight away. They could see that l was soaking wet, cold and tired and they just checked me in straight away and even took my bags up to my room and hung my jackets up to dry. They couldn’t have been more helpful and everyday they made me feel so welcome. I was only booked in for a night tho l stayed 3nights in a large corner room which was great size with a huge TV which had many English channels. There is abit of construction going on outside tho it didn’t bother me. For the price and location l would highly recommend.

A newly refurbished hotel; all the facilities seem very new and worked well. A friendly welcome at reception and we were then shown to a really well furnished room on the top floor. The satellite tv system was excellent ; good range of English channels helped me catch up with international news events. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was lovely. Everything is so new and really works well. Breakfast was good with a range of local items to try and a good range of eggs - my omelette was delicious. Would definitely recommend.
