Bonito hotel, rústico. Atento el personal. A mi comadre y a mi nos tocó la habitación 8 en primer piso. Muy cómoda la cama y el baño con agua caliente inmediatamente que abres la regadera. Limpio. Sin olor a humedad, el día con un clima hermoso. Volvería a alojarme. Con estacionamiento dentro del hotel.

La ubicación perfecta, la atención muy bien el cuarto muy cómodo, y hasta les encargamos unas bebidas en recepción y no las consiguieron, la atención de Juan como guía turístico estuvo de 10, y los precios son muy accesibles, altamente recomendable

El hotel es muy céntrico y cuenta con estacionamiento que eso puede ser de gran ayuda en Cuetzalán, ya que dejas el coche en el hotel y sales a los tours o a comer caminando sin mayor problema. Los detalles del hotel lo hacen muy acogedor. Contaba con todas las amenidades y siempre estuvo limpio. El personal del hotel muy atentos. Prometo regresar a este hotel. La foto que pongo es la que tenía de mi habitación.

Pésimo hotel, apesta a humedad, no sirve tv, control de tv, tampoco el wifi, regadera con poca agua, baño sucio. No podía cerrarse, ni abrir la habitación por fuera, nos quedamos en la # 20 Personal nada atento, ya teníamos pagado las 2 noches y optamos a las 11 de la noche buscar otro alojamiento porque ya presentabamos rinitis alérgica. Nos fuimos al gran hotel, NO LO RECOMIENDO, URGE MANTENIMIENTO Y PERSONAL EDUCADO
