總體來説是很滿意的！唯一的缺點就是房間隔音不好 一大早就被走廊上大聲説話的人吵醒了 還有就是電梯就兩部 早飯高峯期永遠坐不上……一定要先上後下 如果走樓梯到一樓還出不去……比較鬱悶

第二次到海拉爾，提前預訂了維也納智好酒店，在海拉爾已經是較好的酒店了，除環境一般外，總體還可以，因是旅遊旺季，價格每天都不一樣，而且還一房難求。海拉爾城市不大，打車方便。

房間非常大，沙發都有三座，衞生也整挺乾淨。暖氣温度也非常舒適，沒有太熱（個人感受），酒店的暖氣都有擋板罩裝飾間隔，這對小童很友好。

位置可以，就在東站最近的一個生活區，客房和前台的環境好，附近吃東西玩這些很方便，附近還有個小型公園。前台小姐姐們服務都特別的好，住着挺舒服的，房間也整潔很乾凈，枕頭也是準備的兩個，這點很細節。價格也比較合適，性價比高！
