The sheets and pillowcases were seriously pilled. I asked someone to change them but they still stayed the same. They felt very gritty when I slept on them. The air conditioner made a loud noise. I wanted to change rooms. The service staff told me that every room was like this. I even smiled embarrassedly. It was difficult to eat. The food is terrible and the room is very small. This is the worst hotel in Egypt during this trip.

This was our first time in Egypt - we have been meaning to come for quite some time now, but we decided to make a last-minute booking and go for our 20th anniversary! The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left MOHAMMED on reception was amazing! He was so friendly and attentive and made our stay very personable. It not very often you find people like that given how many people roll in and out of the hotel. The food and the a la carte restaurants were great, and the beach was clean and tidy. T cute little beach huts were our favourite place to bring some fruit and drinks and just relax. The Spa facilities we’re also good – the foot spa was very nice, almost fell asleep! Most def recommend staying here and I really like the quirky styling of the hotel. M

Thank you for everything! Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere , great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Ahmed Nageh the gentleman from the reception was really nice with us . Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. I love that everyone is called Mohamed and Ahmed, I can't put into words how wonderful it was PS: and I made new friends♥️♥️ Lori

thank you for everyone, very good hotel!❤️ The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to many attractions. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent entertainment staff it was a good vacation we enjoyed the time here we had an amazing time and we plan to come next year, I recommend that for all the people want to come to Egypt. Also Gouda was an excellent member of staff who was really easy to speak to and made us feel very comfortable

The hotel was beautiful and the food was lovely. Everything was clean and staff are friendly. The animation team was wonderful, very energetic and enthusiastic! Would definitely recommend coming here. Special mention to Gouda who made our stay special

Everything was on spot. The facilities, the team, and the food were amazing. One of the best hotels that I visited in Egypt. Definitely will not be my last visit to this hotel.I will not forget also the aqua park slides were so enjoyable so we were very happy 😊
