Myself and my girlfriend visited Iberotel Makadi Beach in April/May 2024 and from start to finish it was fantastic. The service received from the staff is the best we have ever experienced in a hotel, everyone from the reception, housekeeping, restaurant and pool teams were extremely helpful and very friendly. One thing to note is that the majority of the guests in this hotel are German, this really wasn’t a problem as the staff soon got used to us and speak good English. Special shout out to Taha for his friendly humour and keeping us topped up with drinks around the pool. Food is excellent in all of the restaurants plenty of variety, we spent most lunch times and evening meals in the Ala Carte restaurants as we prefer ordering off a menu. Rooms are very clean and the housekeeping team are great, loved the towel art! Hotel grounds are stunning, lots of lovely plants and tree’s , the head gardener spoke to us a couple times and was so friendly and passionate about his gardens.

Very good Hotel and People. Excellent Place to make Holiday. Das Essen und die Auswahl sind sehr zu empfehlen. Hilfsbereites Personal. Auch das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Toller Sandstrand mit der Möglichkeit, direkt vor Ort am Riff zu schnorcheln.

Super hotel and very helpful staff. Pubblic areas and room are very clean. Room is unique and spacious. Pool and beach are amazing especially snorkeling. Food at beach restaurant at dinner was perfect. We tried it twice. Highly recommend. Its great place to stay.

Its my first time in iberotel makadi beach. Really its perfect hotel with perfect staff. All the staff are very helpful. Different restaurants but the best one is the oriental. Room clean but old. Beach is nice. WiFi need to be high speed. Its nice experience. Soon will come back

We stayed at this nice hotel more than 5 times so far. With the change of the management last year, things improved in many ways such as food presentation, room cleaning and service in bar and restaurants. The employees have always been very nice and attentive but now we felt much more comfortable. The beach is clean and beautiful, food outstanding and a huge offer of entertainment, Yoga, Nightshows, Boccia and watersports. Definitely a great place to be!

The Best service in Egypt. All workers very kindly. We stayed in many hotels in Egypt and here we were very surprised. In another hotels a lot of nervous and rude people worked even in a good hotels like Tukana sun rise.
