The stay was just average. I did not receive room service during my stay. I had to request fresh towels as needed. My first morning on the property they closed breakfast early. I always enjoy the hot tea that is readily available and the hotel decor of Tru by Hilton hotels. The location is ok and was a decent amount of time away from everywhere that I needed to go.

We love local and we’re having plumbing work at our house. I picked this hotel because my 4yo son loves to swim and it advertised that it was a heated pool. After breakfast we were told maintenance was being completed at the pool and to try again in an hour. We waited an hour called the front desk and she said it was still being worked on then we waited another hour and she said maintenance was finished but would take a a few hours for the pool to be heated to a proper temperature. So later in evening we went down and it was ice cold. Such a disappointment.
I did like the aesthetics and overall decor and vibe. The staff was friendly.
A few things about the layout of the room. Wall had some damage by the front door. The bathroom was huge but it was an handicap room. There was no coffee maker or closet. It was an open concept closet with the refrigerator underneath. This was a little annoying. The bed was comfy and decor was bright an airy. Not sure I’d stay or recommend this location again.

There was no hot water in the evening/night on the 4th floor except in the mornings. They didn't have any noise control as there were people blaring music and their tvs at 1 in the morning.
The location overall was clean but the attention to detail and staff were lacking large.

Front desk service people were so helpful. We ended up having to add a night, then another and they were extremely accommodating. There were multiple areas for our pups to do their business, and sidewalks to take them for walks. The building was extremely clean, sanitizing wipes provided. The provided breakfast was a little better than the normal hotel breakfast.

This was our first time staying at a Tru by Hilton and we weren’t sure what to expect. For the price paid we were blown away. We stayed for a soccer tournament and the hotel was modern and clean. There is a great lobby to hang out with fusbal tables and a collaboration room if you want a bit more privacy. Breakfast was pretty standard, eggs, sausage, pancakes. Overall great stay!

After a long day of travel checked in my room at 11:30pm to find a BIG ROACH crawling around. I originally booked a disability room, and was told they would switch me rooms the next day. It was late I was tired so I agreed. Never got switched back to an accessible room.
