Top location. Heart of banjara hills. Easy access to uber transport. Room at the property is ok. Feels as if staying at a relative's house. Bathroom is neat. Bed linen okay. Towels worn out & need to be replaced with new ones. Staff courteous and friendly. Breakfast served promptly. Coffee is hot and good. Minor shortfalls are there, but they are provided upon asking. Overall, a satisfactory stay in this budget. Can revisit.

We paid for the premium room. But at the reception he said there are 3 varieties of rooms and gave me 2 single bed room rather than the king bed room. Sad that this is the state of affairs in india

Hotel is basically single rooms in a 3bhk apartment. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are well kept and clean as well. Only complaint is for minimal room service and amenities provided, no toothpaste/ toothbrush and poor lift. The hotel is being compared to a 3 star hotel so this would have been good to have

The washroom was without light room was dirty no cooler r drinking water was available no communication with the staff no phone was in the room breakfast was mentioned in the booking but they didn’t gave until it was told to them to give it was so smelly outside the rooms

The room was kept clean. Hot water, we had to deal through the reception. Please keep the communication number handy, as it is bit of a confusion to locate the place. Anyhow, worth for the money spent.
